Aether gazer is doing this already. The old weapons become buffed and viable again. This is great news for ToF players!

correct, Arknights too, my fav gacha game. ToF need to learn more from these games, just never stop improving.

まだ不確実ですが、プレイヤーは時代遅れの武器を購入したくないため、売上を増やしたい場合は、HOTTAはまたこの方法に頼らざるを得なくなる

card pool store probably means banner store, but not sure which character it is, either all-banner or lin-specific is possible. anyway, it has something to do with gacha : (
