Omg!!! I tried these techniques and it really works!!!! I tried for 5 days so far and it has worked wonders for my face. I am a busy mum but what I do is I try and do these facial exercises while cooking or doing housework and I end up doing more then 5 minutes without trying to get time out. And prayanam I do it first thing in the morning when I wake up for my morning namaz. Tada clear skin without much effort ❤. Thank you DR.

@@shivaksh7368 whole moong Dal with chhilka,you have to grind them in mixer grinder and make powder,store in a jaar, take a little bit powder of moong dal and mix it with little bit water and directly apply on the face and massage slowly in a curcular motion,then rinse it off ,use it whenever you need,you can also use it as facepack

Dr.ji u r absolutely right. But multa mitti and besan r irritating to some kind of skin.it makes more damage to them. So some other options needed here.+same for alovera plants. Some r of itching quality either readyma5 chemical mix options .so also some other natural options for moisturizer needed.both r mine in own skin problems.

Kya koi trifla allergic ho skta h ? .... Mere face pr 13 years se acne h ... Maine treatment bhi liya... But bad me vhi same situation. Trifla khane se pure face pr dane ho gye ... Smjh nhi aa rha kya kiya jaye... Skin oily h ...kuch bhi suit nhi krta h .. should i try kumkumadi oil? As my skin is oily+sensative.... I hope you will help
