How many cans of primer did you use? And paint? I’m about to do the same on my truck and I don’t want to brush it on.

CornfedS550 I would say about 4 cans of primer and 6 of paint

For how many coats of each?

CornfedS550 I did 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of paint. The paint sprays on much thinner than the primer and you will need more.

Did you rinse/neutralize the Ospho before primer?

TinyT yes, I washed the frame with a wet rag before priming

Right on. Paint adhering well? Iv been reading a lot about different approaches to using phosphoric and prep for paint. And nice work, lots of effort!

TinyT thanks! So far it seems to be adhering well. None of the rust is resurfacing either.
