Mines enroute for my 97 f350 with main purpose of tow my 13k trl with 180cc stock nozzles and kc300x63/70 mm turbo and ffd stage 1 hpop. Trk smokes terrible on edge evolution ctst2 tow tune Mine will most likely live on strenuous tow since i now have a 13 gmc 1500 for my main vechicle
You sure thats all she has?? Something seems a little off. I know the 7.3 is slow, I have one.. But I have not lost a race to a basic bolt on crew cab 6.0 or 5.3 chevy. I only have intake, exhaust and 10k mod. Your tune have my mods beat... I stay an easy car length ahead from a dig to 70 when I back off, even larger gap when its a 5.3.
Just remembered I have a tc lock up switch. Makes all the difference.. And yes I lock it in first gear and have way too many times, thought the trans would let go but its been 60k since I added the switch and the trans has 310k haha.
Yeah that’s all she’s got for now 😉. Definitely moves but still needs more power. I just got Trans rebuilt also. But yeah that 5.3 hasn’t seen the last of me.
@@JoelG7.3 not sure how your tune is controlling the tc lock up but some tunes will allow a 2nd gear lock up. The tc switch was the easiest and by far best thing I have done to the old 7.3... And if you tow its even better.
Yesh a “CPADDICT” 2.5” leveling kit on the front. They are just like spacers that go on the springs on the front. Also lowering keys in the back from the same website.
@@anibalsolorio1345 sounds out of alignment. I had my local like battery and tire place/mechanic shop put them on. I think they had to do an alignment after.
I’m on stock injectors too and I have the same amount of power and blow out the same amount of smoke as show in the video . Only have a tuner and MBRP exhaust .
