I'm 2-3 years before making that leap, but I wouldn't change a thing. Love the pour work you've done. It adds a great touch. Great price, looks comfy, and a good size to handle in traffic. I'm guessing around 8-10 mpg? Good luck in Australia! I love it when people find their dream jobs!
Right on. This bad boy gets 13-15. it usually averages 13.5 but I pretty much exclusively drive it in the mountains. It does take a bit to get used to, but the visibility is great- no blind spots. I wish you the best when you make the jump, hope you steal any bits of inspiration from this design you can!
Very nicely done. The bus has everything a person needs to live. Congrats on the new job. I have to say one thing I was yelling at the monitor for you to close the freezer door after you opened it, but that is just me. If I had the funds I would buy it. Wish you well with all you do.

Ah should have pointed this out, the toilet is moveable so you can put it wherever you like. I just keep it there so its out of the way. Thank you for the support!
I would probably move the toilet into the shower and the air conditioner into the front. Also, to get heat directed out more evenly. As I saw it, the seating area sits lower, and the heater would cover more of the floor. Maybe I'm completely wrong.
I thought about that, however, the AC needs to exhaust out of somewhere, the shower was a nice out of the way place that had an easy access to exhaust. In a perfect world, I would deff combine the shower and the toilet.
Its already insured through roamly! The insurance still has about 11 months on it (I prepaid for a year- and will transfer to the new owner) I've had no problem with registration, it has a RV title as well.
How much are you selling this for? I told my son I wanted to get a shuttle bus and restore it to a rv and live in it. Yours looks perfect from the video but you just didn't say the price which is important 😁

A shower but no toilet? Other than that it’s beautiful. I just looked up the asking price that’s not bad for such a beautiful bus. But I’m too old to have it and all the fun it would bring
Just an amazing build Will! Well with the price with all you've put into it. You deserve the offering price for sure ... If it doesn't sell at a price you want, might consider talking to the many foundations that work to find homes on wheels like yours for the homeless. I know this because CoVid forced me to make a choice ... Either Go back to my 80 yr old Mom & Dad, taking the big risk of them getting sick through my possibly carrying CoVid OR live in my van. I choose the latter. It was THE BEST EXPERIENCE! . I got to help a lot of folks living/hiding from the police for vagrancy, me being accused of "camping" in the post office overflow parking ... Only the state troopers can deal with such things and the were a bit busy for those 2 years. As a result, my tickets were thrown out 😃 What I discover was so many of the homeless ... it's the lack of a job, there for no $$ and some have serious needs for free drug addiction rehab and in-depth mental health services. We're getting a bit better here, but this IS TEXAS!! *Sigh* If the homeless were given a home on with the condition that they couldn't sell it,that would be one big benefit to start living like a human being again! They could get a job, go to rehab instead of waiting literally hours to go and come back on a community bus line. They could shower instead of going to the ONLY two 24/hr individual bathrooms in the big park here to get a 'bird bath' using the sink. They'd not be thrown into jail for going potty in the 'wild ' as it's called. I lived in my van and set it up well I guess. No one guessed I was homeless in fact. I let people stay in my van when the winter came in. I fed them from the money strangers came up and gave me saying, 'God told me to give this to you' almost every time. It was ALWAYS when I was wondering how I would make another week when my tank or food ran low. I slept behind a bookstore ... The manager gave me a very nicely dog-earred Bible with a card saying I had permission to park behind her store. It worked when A Constable Captain Policeman drove up beside my van, my slider wide open. He read the card, saw the bible and my smile and wished me a safe night. My Mom prayed every night to surround me with angels to protect me. I slept there with my slide door in good weather there, as the many homeless folks walked right by. Think how much vans outfitted like yourself could literally change someone's life. But if you need to $$ for your move and such, I do get it. ;-D Wish you so much success and in your new path Will. I've seen so many people selling their buses right after they finish them. Makes me hesitant to by a bus. I learned all the legal things about converting a bus and I'm just not up to the hassle. They do look nice though and if I wanted to be statioinary, I'd buy one. I'm just not up to the fuel cost.

Unfortunately it’s hard to put an exact price tag on something like this because of the personal time and effort involved. This makes it difficult to even begin to make an offer. It would be good to put it in some kind of a “For Sale” forum and state what you would like to receive ror it. I’ve seen professionally built vans and they are asking well over $100,000. This has much more space, it’s a lot nicer overall and even comes with more solar. As someone mentioned, may the person to whom this should rightfully go to find their way to you. I’m pretty sure you would laugh at me if I offended the amount I have.

This bad boi is fully registered and insured- it actually has a RV title which is awesome. The insurance has 11 months left and includes vandalism and theft will be transferred to the new owner.
