7.5 meters by 10 meters One-story, 3 Bedroom, House Design (75 sq. m / 807 sq. ft) 

Presentation is really good. House should be shown in detail like this.

This is a lovely house. Having windows at each end of the long living and dining area gives good air circulation and a pretty view through the house to the back garden. The advantage of having kitchen, toilet 1 and toilet 2 together is water and sewage lines are close together and cheaper to build. The disadvantage is that bedroom 2 and 3 will spend the next 50 years having to walk across the living area to go pipi. I would pull bedroom 2 forward (reducing the porch) and put toilet 2 between bedroom 2 and 3. I would make bedroom 1 measure 3.00 x 3.60 and have the bedroom door open to the area where toilet 2 used to be. The refrigerator and washing machine area would change from .70 x 1.90 to .40 x 3.20, using some of the area where toilet 2 used to be. I would expand the porch coming from the dining area to compensate for the reduced front porch.

I once lived in a 70+ (similar size) flat in a mainland European country where much of the space was taken up with the corridor, extra wide bathroom, very narrow balconies... and only two bedrooms! well done "stacked panda" wonderful design.

The design is so clean. The only thing I would change is the door of the common CR. I think it would be better if it is facing the kitchen area. Then reverse the position of the shower and the toilet bowl. Overall, I love it. It would be on top my list for my future house 🤗

Check your dimensions please. On the right side, (2.5+2.5+2.9=8.5m)....and on the left (3+1.7+.7+2.8=8.2m). The Right side should be longer than the left but it doesn't reflect on the plan.

Well done! No use of high ceilings to make extra sleep/storage. In 🇬🇧 the bathroom has to open to circulation rather than living space (maybe have the family bathroom door open (between kitchen & dining space) into an internal lobby? What do you think?

Snug, and suited for a climate where outdoor living is an option. The kitchen is fully adequate, and the bathrooms are quite usable. The living space is really small! Bedroom one is adequate in size, but bedrooms two and three would be adequate only for single beds. Double beds against a wall means someone has to crawl in and out of bed! If the house was confined to this square footage, I'd make it a two-bedroom house. A modest increase in the footprint would remedy most of the space problems.
