I agree with you about being thankful everyday.. I’m grateful for my current mental health. It’s the first time in years I feel somehow sane, happy and in peace within myself. Hopefully my depression won’t get worse again or if it does “come back” I’ll know better how to get out of it safe.. and not get stuck in it for so long like I did before..
I am thankful for growth. Even though it hurt me a lot. I knew that's what I had to go through to build a stronger version of myself. I can't complain, this year has been tough, and growth is what I asked God for.
I'm thankful for my friends, my boyfriend and my family. I'm thankful I'm 5 months away from GRADUATING (?!!?!) university and that I was able to save up enough money to submit my medical school application. Thank you for being a light in all of our lives. 💗
I'm thankful for having a laptop were I can do my homework and take my classes, also distract myself watching Netflix and alsooo I'm thankful for even afford Netflix etc which are things that really help me distract myself and just chill when I'm feeling sad or overwhelmed.
I am thankful for 2020, it really made us realize that family and friends are always around you in some way or another. We really took a break to stop doing our go to wake up, go to school or work, come home, and sleep routine and created a new one. It may not be the best circumstances right now, bit I promise you it will get better eventually. 😇😘

i'm super thankful for my parents and that they worked so hard to raise me and my three sisters, and are financially stable enough to send us all for post-secondary education. because of them, i am able to get my own lil kitty who i am financially responsible for since my parents are helping cover rent, tuition, etc
I am the biggest fan of Christmas and Christmas decor and Christmas music and literally EVERYTHING so I loveee that everyone is doing it early this year but I’m moving on dec 7 so I can’t put any Christmas stuff up until then 😭

I’m very thankful for my health right now. I was told about a year ago I needed a life saving surgery and I have changed my habits and life around to where I have been able to handle without the surgery!
I have about 2 weeks left of classes after thanksgiving break is over and I have SOO much do to but haven't started any of it!! I really liked your tip on creating a weekly to-do to be able to prioritize each day, so that's definitely what I'll be doing lol! When you were talking about being thankful for the little things - I've had the most stressful week and honestly, I really needed to hear that! Sometimes its so easy to take the little things for granted, when it's the little things that we should be more thankful for! Something I am thankful for is being able to work from home (even though my job makes me super stressed, I know how lucky I am to have the privilege of working from home at a crazy time like this)
I’m thankful for my family and everything that we have. We might drive each other crazy sometimes but I know that we’ll always be there for each other and I’m grateful for that. :) It’s super easy to take things for granted and I know I have fallen into that trap before and we should all really take more time to reflect on everything we’re grateful for. ❤️🥰
