First timer, I subscribed and live in south central Pennsylvania. I am absolutely amazed at how many cards you made in this kit, AND they don’t look bare or too plain. Thank you for your kind comment and subscribed to my RU-vid channel. I do sometimes emboss the score line but it was on the edge which was easy to cover with ribbon this time. Another tip is just run it through your die cut machine with clean new plate or between like copy paper. It helps pretty well to get rid of the score line especially on thin envelope paper.

The embossed layers I use basic white. The die cut pieces are mostly in basic white as well. If I am going to color with watercolor pencils, I use the thick white.
Robin, I have a SNC too, just wondering how you scan the white? Do you put a darker color behind to get the shapes? I have done it too, but I put a black paper behind to show the shape to cut. I like your alternatives, and I case some of them.
