I do plan on sharing more hair content so yes I will keep these in mind.. In the meantime, did you see my latest hair video where I shared the hair products I wished I purchased sooner?
Thanks beautiful 🙏🏻 enjoy your long weekend! And thanks for another great video for all of us :) Ps: as a person w sensitive skin copper peptides are actually game changing, highly recommend
Oh my goodness I LOVE!!!! My DRMTLGY Hydration Booster 10x I also was using the Timeless Synth 6 and the CoQ10 with Matryxl The hydration I get from DRMTLGY has been unmatched with the night cream and eye cream LOVE THEM ALL 💚🤍🖤 never tried any Paula’s Choice but it sounds great. Thanks for the info!!! There’s too many peptides out there to choose from 🤣🤣🤣 I just opened that door and it’s amazing LOL!
TRUUUUUU I go through the Paula's Choice Multi-Peptide Booster way too fast, it's a small bottle and I'm heavy handed, I admit. Especially during the winter, I use it 2x's day. I LOVE IT though. And I prefer it better, to the Drmtlgy Needless serum, which didn't do anything for me. The Ordinary Buffet Copper Peptide is okay, not bad. But Paulas's Choice is the one that has given me the best results.
I'm truly thankful for this video...but may I ask what's on your eyes? I suppose it's something simple, but I'd like to see, at least, a shorts about the application. I'm in desperate need of inspiration and you look incredibly beautiful. OK, I know it's really not due to the makeup... 😅 Love from Croatia 💙
Aw you are very kind and thank you so much for your sweet words.. I have my makeup listed in the description box but it looks like I was wearing the following: -Urban Decay Moondust Eyeshadow (Space Cowboy) -Tarte Tartelette Toasted Eyeshadow Palette Eyeshadow Palette -Lancôme Lash Idôle Mascara
Hi there, Great video thank u. I have been using the Paula choice one daily for weeks now and I honestly cannot see any difference since using it. It does feel lovely when applied but I cant say i see a major difference since using it.
Thank you!! Skincare takes time to work and you want to give a product at least 3 months. Not all skincare is going to work the same on everyone but the longer you can use something the chances of seeing results are higher.
@@SincerelyMissAsh Thank u for your reply Yes that's correct the longer the better with skincare products. I would re purchase this one from Paula choice but its pretty expensive for such a tiny bottle.
Miss Asharoo! As always.. super informative, love all the options .. hence my several questions. K so you’ve been my skincare guru for a cpl of years and I literally buy pretty much everything you suggest. But I’m a little confused now by all the options. So is Paula’s Choice your peptide of choice? As a fellow Torontonian, of course this new product is only offered in US dollars. That’s fine but before I purchase I’d like to know which is your absolute favourite? I’ve been using the NIOD copper peptide (as per your recommendation) religiously for quite a while and I really like it. I bought the new Ordinary copper peptides and I alternate between the two. I’ll need to repurchase soon but I have bought others you mentioned. I just purchased and received the Timeless brand (I was ordering the vitamin C and they were having a 50% off sale so I bought others to try). I did use the Buffet before but the NIOD was way better so I don’t use that anymore. I actually just bought the Drmtlgy Needless serum but haven’t tried it yet as I’m just finishing my Niod. Soooooo.. my question is which one is your favourite from all your suggestions today??? I’d like to know if I should just use what I have and not purchase the Paula’s choice or dr gross as of yet? Although when finished all my products, which one IS your holy grail to purchase? Also is it more effective to combine different brands of peptides during morning and evening routines? Is it good to switch up different brands of peptides for morning and evening routines? I have combination skin, 55 yrs old, my skin is in really great condition and fortunately I don’t look my age. Lol I do wear a full face of makeup everyday so pilling is a major factor to always consider. I hate that! Sorry for the long thesis..
Hi can I use any of these serums with vitamin c? I'm currently using Paula's choice vitamin c but when I'm done I'll use the timeless vitamin c. I go from one to the other and I like both of them. Thank you!
I like to keep peptides separate from Ascorbic Acid (purest Vitamin C) but if you wanted to you could but I wouldn't use Copper Peptides with Vitamin C.
I’ve been on Tretinoin for 6 months, still have dark spots. I am starting on Paula’s collagen peptides booster so I put it on after Tretinoin? Or can I use it in morning after vit c serum? Thank you
I'm an oily person, too. I would love to know the answer to this as well. From what I'm learning about it, it seems like it is a watery serum and okay for us oily girls or guys 😊
Kindly Review The Peter Thomas Roth "Peptide 21 Wrinkle Resist Moisturizer" Its My Humble Request The whole Range Is all about peptide formulations but Please Please Review That Moisturizer.
Hi, my skin is very sensitive and my skin barrier is damage at this moment. I’m using the dermalogica calming products and the skin is better. I would like to incorporate peptides serum in a near future. Which one of the serums mentioned above is better for sensitive skin?
The Timeless one is amazing for more sensitive skin as the ingredient list is short and the formula is quite hydrating. Next, I would say The Ordinary Multi-Peptide + HA. You most likely could use the others but start with these two and see how your skin tolerates to it.
Hey! I’ve started using the ordinary buffet + copper peptides serum and I’m loving it! But I’m still trying to figure out the best way to incorporate it into my routine. Do you know if I can use it in the same routine as either salicylic acid or retinol? Thank you!
I did some research, and retinol is okay with peptides, but acids cancel/kill them. So if you're going to do an acid step at night, skip the peptides that evening.
Hi! According to The Ordinary Copper Peptides shouldn't be used with Retinol or with Salicylic Acid. I would keep them separate for maximum results. If you don't use Vitamin C in the morning then use Copper Peptides then and Retinol at night and then maybe a few times per week use Salicylic Acid. It's just a thought but of course tweak it what works for you.
Between paulas choice andthe ordinary with copper which one will i get the best results with? Hyperpigmentation, skin tightening, wrinkle reduction, exfoliating results? I need as close asbi can get to a all in 1
What can you suggest I use that will not break me out. I currently started snoxin ll but the creamy texture seems to cause me to break out. I have always had only skin and now in my older years it is less lonely but still slightly oily. So many things break me out. I also purchased azealic acid and him just starting to try that. That is in a cream type form and I'm so afraid it will break me out. Any suggestions? I'm ready to throw everything away and just work at it.
I'm on prescription tretinoin and azalic acid. I think the timeless might be the best for you. It has a very straightforward ingredient list and is non comedogenic. Everyone's skin is different, but I would start with that one. Plus, the price is right. I'd get the smaller bottle first. I hope that helps! 😊
Please help me. I have always had oily skin and acne and breakouts. I am quite a bit older now and my skin is less oily. Still, it seems like anything creamy breaks me out. I just snoxin ll seems a bit too creamy and I am putting it on only in spots of my face that break out less. I am desperate to find a peptide I can tolerate. I have been using adataline for 3 plus years and have just purchased tretion to try and upgrade. At my older age everything seems to break me out. What would you suggest I try other than the snoxin ll.
Hi Miss Ash ..I use advanced night repair, then tretonoin, after that neutrogena hydro boost .in the morning advanced night repair, vitamin C serum from estee lauder and revitalizing supreme + bright ...what should I change .my skin in not looking good ..got pigmentation .and its dry and dull .It's about 2 months since I started tretonoin. Please tell me what to do with my routine
Tretinion took about 6 months to really make a difference for me, but I only use it every other night due to sensitivity issues. I'm an EL gal myself and noticed they changed their formulas fairly recently. That aside, I started using Perfectionist Pro (alternaing between firm & lift and brightening versions in the am) instead of night repair and that made a difference in my skin as well. I've also been using their night versions of their creams in the am because their day versions (I think it's the sunscreen) started irritating my skin.
Thank you for the video! I know you said you paired the ordinary multi peptides serum with tretinoin but do you also pair that with the serum with copper peptides? I hear that you should not pair copper peptides with vitamin c but I can’t really find anything in regards to pairing tretinoin with copper peptides.
I don't use Copper Peptides with Tretinoin as I only use a regular peptide serum with it. I worry that the Copper ingredient will conflict so to achieve maximum results I keep them separate. A little while ago I was told from someone at The Ordinary you could use Copper with Retinol/Retinoids but now their website says otherwise which is weird so to be safe keep copper separate.
Niacinamide is great for all skin types including dry skin but it is great for oily/acne prone skin as well or someone who has dark spots. It's an amazing antioxidant that helps to prevent water loss and some serums are more hydrating than others.
I don’t like hyaluronic acid, because it dries out my skin really badly. I avoid all products that contain it, but I wish they wouldn’t add it to everything. It’s frustrating that so many of these peptide serums contain hyaluronic acid in them. It’s totally unnecessary.
It's a leave on so you don't wash it off and you can use it daily if you wish. Copper Peptides isn't recommended to be used with L-Ascorbic Acid or Ascorbic Acid Vitamin C's as these are the purest forms but if you are using a Vitamin C Derivative then you could use Copper Peptides with it.
@SincerelyMissAsh I would say you are much more intelligent! I just found you, and I'm so glad I did!!! I'm turning 40 this month and looking for a great serum to use with my tretinoin. Thank you so much!!!😊
If i can only getv1 or 2 serums which ones do you reccomend that target wrinkles, skin tightening, hyperpigmentation, and exfoliating? Also do you know of a more affordable alternative for the matrixyl 3000 serum by depology
The Dr Dennis Gross Fill + Repair serum does it all and can be used once or twice a day. The next one I would recommend is the NIOD Copper Amino Isolate Serum as this one is more for fine lines/wrinkles and to help firm the skin
@@SincerelyMissAsh Will using the 2 serums you mentioned Take care of the hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, exfoliating, and tighten my skin? The hyperpigmentation is pretty bad. Please help
I have used The Ordinary multi peptide copper peptides serum with Trentoin at night and the regular multi peptide serum with vitamin c in am. Is the Dennis Gross worth a try?
