Thank you for this video. I've used several of these like L-glutamine and probiotics and vegan omega 3, 6, 9 and they helped heal my 4 year olds eczema. Also b complex and wheat grass help with het healing. However, I need to do a daily journal because I'm really unsure as to what really works. I know about introducing one thing at a time and eliminating things but it can be hard to wait when your baby is suffering and you just want relief. It's not as bad as it was but the I need to understand how I have healed the scarring in the past and keep it away that way if she gets a hold of something she won't have a severe set back.

I went to two different dermatologists and paid many copays and bought several prescriptions. I even bought a $30 cream I saw on IG. My skin was so discolored and painful. It was so depressing. The only thing a doctor could tell me was I had dermatitis or eczema. I started using quercetin I got from the health food store. My skin went back to its normal color in no time. You would never know I had skin issues. Try 2 quercetin, 3 times a day.
@eeg122
@eeg122 4 года назад
wow that is so kool. Did you have eczema or discolorization from eczema? did you take quercetin with anything else?
@pumpkinspice1478
@pumpkinspice1478 4 года назад
Well, first I had a rash. Went to dermatologist who said it was fungus from the heat/summer months. Gave me a cream that burned and woke me out of my sleep. I scratched incessantly at night. Rash spread. No prescription worked. Tried a candida cleanse. That didn’t work. All of my neck and upper chest was many shades darker than my complexion. It was a ring that went around my back. I went to another dermatologist who was stumped despite the advance degrees on the wall. They took a chunk off my neck and sent it to the lab. I had dermatitis or eczema. They sent me away with aveeno samples and said there was nothing else they could do. A skin lightening cream would make my discoloration worse. My skin was jacked up for a year. My cousin suggested the quercetin and it changed my life. Every time those little bumps pop up on my neck or the crook of my arm due to heat or sweat, l pop quercetin. It helps if you don’t consume meat and boost your immunity with vegetables and fruits. Thanks for coming to my ted talk. I hope this helps.
@pumpkinspice1478

Candida albicans is a fungi, not a bacteria. Tough to believe anything in this video when an error like this and the inability to pronounce ingredients on the label of something being recommended.

Thanks for your comment. It would be kind of you to give grace especially when someone is learning. I have read the things I have learned and therefore don't know how they are properly pronounced. If you follow my journey to understanding eczema you would see that now Dec 2020, I have grown and learned much more. I don't aim to be perfect on my channel. I aim to have a community and try to get people information they need to start to understand their condition even if I am not perfect.

@@theeczemacoach I appreciate the information, but you need to be aware that people will watch your videos and assume you are educated on the topic to the point of being an expert (perhaps you are now). I suppose a stronger explanation and disclaimer would have been helpful.

How do I find you on Facebook? I have a 3 year old who has suffer from eczema since 1 after I stopped breast feeding. Last year was terrible for us. This year it’s been okay but I struggle finding what to feed her on most days because of all the allergies she has to numerous food that are related with eczema. I stopped giving her all those supplements (financial issues) you were talking about on the video not realizing how crucial they are towards helping her heal.

My friend has this and nothing is a cure. She manages it with several things, medication, diet and stress reduction. Try working out and eating foods that don’t trigger skin reactions. At my suggestion, she tried taking quercetin. It helped somewhat but it makes you poop, and she didn’t get dramatic results so she stopped taking it. If you decide to, take 2 pills 3 times a day with meals. Drink lots of water. Try removing wheat, meat, and dairy from your diet. See if you notice a marked improvement. See a dermatologist if the wholistic path doesn’t help. Stay positive.

Kalila Mitchell I’ve seen a dermatologist and they gave me a shot of dupixent and it worked AMAZINGLY but it’s worn off after almost 6 months, so I’m supposed to be going back soon to get another fix lol. Stress reduction that’ll never happen I live in a stressful environment, and life always has a way of kicking my ass. Thank you so much for the tips though!!

I have extremely severe eczema all over my body. It's painful and feels like I'm on fire whenever I put lotion, yet I still put it everywhere twice a day including steroid creams. It just doesn't heal or do any thing life changing for me. I live in Florida and was wondering if this would do anything for me. I've had it my whole life

@paulhong1242

I know exactly how you feel. I was using steroid creams too but now I’m off them bc they harm your skin in the long run. What you have to do is stop using all steroid creams either by slowly reducing your usage or just going cold turkey. At first your eczema will get really bad but over time you will eventually heal and have flawless skin. Search up “topical steroid withdrawal stories” online and you’ll see plenty of people who have healed their eczema by coming off steroids. The most important thing to do while healing is to maintain a very healthy diet, cut out all junk food, dairy, red meats, refined sugars, and white bread. Instead eat a lot of whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, brown rice, beans, etc. Also make sure to drink a lot of water everyday and make sure to sleep early. Ik this seems really tough but it all comes down to how bad you want clear skin. At first I didn’t want to make any changes to my diet, but eventually I was able to say goodbye to fast food, sugar, chips, and so on bc at the end of the day I want to be eczema free more than anything.

Brandon Liu you’ve got to change your diet. When I gave up flour, sugar and meat I got better. Easy exercise like walking and lots of spring water. Simple but effective. Kale is great for me, but you must find your healing foods.

There is TECHNICALLY no way to overdose in vitamin D, so I personally take 20,000 IUs of vitamin D in the winter, less in the summer - 5,000 IUs is the daily dosage
