I am getting confused with FTP cabling and FTP protocols

Layer 1 - FTP (foil screened twisted pair) cable is a cable containing multiple pairs of copper wire enclosed in a sheath of aluminum foil. The FTP protocol is at Layer 7 and it is a file transfer protocol, basically a file server, used to upload and download files to websites.
