Going through big life changing situation and much, much stress for about 6 months now. So many problems, did not have time to meditate like I used to. Nothing seems to be working for me but I am keeping up with my prayers but not with my yoga or meditation. Today, has been a very challenging day for me, misunderstanding with friend, visit to the doctor (even though I do not do medication) but has major respiratory problems... bronchitis. I was so lightheaded, back hurting like never before. I sat down and decided to meditate. Found this SUBLIME MEDITATION!! I am all calmed down now and no back pains whatsoever. THANK YOU BEAUTIFUL SOULS, MAY THE DIVINE LIGHT BE WITH YOU ALWAYS!!! NAMASTE!!!

Oooh does anyone else get tingling, sparkly feelings in the upper two chakras? I also found that my throat and heart chakras were higher and lower than I expected, respectively. I loved this. Will come back to this every night. Wow 💚🙏

As regards VIbGyoR We define only 7 colors, but that is for a normal human , but many more colors visible to an advanced yogi/rishi.

HooDoo YouLove next day is new moon day stay spine erect at the beginning of the new moon time from to sunrise trust me you have to do that some people say the feeling of Full Moon is more percievable than New Moon but this is quite opposite for me my senses are more keen to feel the New Moon so... try it and see how it works which is perciable for you New Moon or Full.. in a year there is like almost 13 cycles of moon happens or 12 depends on year don't forget the New Moon day! 🤩🤩🤩

Just a suggestion: One can find the videos that work for them, and mix and match. I liked the first 7 chakra healing videos of the 14 day camp to be useful and then decided to do this one after. Works for me, and meditative mind has so many useful videos to choose from. Mix and match the ones that work for you. Peace & Blessings!

I've been trying a 8 hr chakra for all 7 chakras and at the throat i wake up vibrating through my throat and mouth. I've only started this week. I feel so different when I get up but i can't explain how I feel better i just do. Think I'll be checking out all the different types of frequencies and chanting for all aspects of the chakras. Waking, healing, enlightenment etc.

This will activate all your Chakras so they can work better. This chant is called Cycling so it goes to the root, up the the crown and come back down to the root
