Maybe I'm going out on a limb, but I would also recommend this early AND late in the day to keep your focus on your to-dos in life. It's a short time we are here. I considered my self pretty straight lined atheist for a long time. I got into meditation to help with anger issues. This video triggered the first time I've ever felt any tangible spiritual thing in my life. I felt my solar plexus so intensely my girlfriend could a sort of vibration on my skin on that spot. This video has given more spiritual clarity than years of studying different faiths trying to decide what I bought into.

This. This is what i've been looking for @Meditative Mind. Your other ones are good to have in the background or sleep with, but this i can meditate deeply to. Simple, few tones, that's it. No extra layers, couple tones, steady focused. No crescendo's of tones and sounds. Less distraction, more focused. Thank you for this. Please make similar ones with OM too, that would be amazing.

I took a nap during chakras 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Then I woke up and finished 6, 7 while meditating in half lotus. I kept seeing a lot of gross visions: exposed internal organs, spiders, worms, puke, etc. I assume this was "clearing out the gunk." The last couple years, I've been concentrating on clearing and developing 1 and 2, so this was interesting to concentrate on 6 and 7.

im on my 8th day of this in a row and man i been so positive lately and everything seems to be falling into place. My uncle died 3 weeks ago and this week has helped my mind state dramatically i have been actually chanting the mantra and i can literally feel it vibrate from the bottom up. The mantra for each chakra is very accurate because i feel it vibrate exactly in the place it is supposed to be for and it vibrates each part all the way up. Each time i do this meditation i do the whole video and one night my whole body went numb and i felt pricks kinda like when your body falls asleep but it was all over my whole body. Even my hands was pale like my blood wasn't circulating. What could that mean? I've had no problems since then though. im gonna keep soimg this for tge 21 days. Then probably use 528hz frequency since i think this meditation frees my chakras up.

Wow this higher frequecy tune-up helped me see that swirly thing again in my mind's eye, anyone know what that is called. Kinda reminds me of water going down the drain,or vortex kinda thing. Tactile awareness also seems to help maintain focus. Having a sense of the actual physical location and mimicking sensations of movement actions will cause pronounced effects very quickly when used in conjunction with focused meditation, chanting and visualization while definite icing on the cake become mentally taxing to me after a while, tactile imaging seems to perpetuate itself after prolonged use.

Everything, is energy, even the light we see, as a reflection, even a rainbow that appears from the mist of rain and wind. It may seem unreal to us, because it’s just a reflection of light, but that somehow radiates energy to us, you know that feeling when you’re feeling so down and suddenly see a rainbow and it makes your whole day. That vibe it gives you is the same vibes anyone can give to us, they can change our whole day, as well as negativity. And when we let negativity take over us instead of light, we get weaker and weaker and our energies are drained. I come here and listen to chakras everyday, I was in a friendship for 3 years with her, she’s a model but she started changing a lot, she started copying what I was wanting to do, and she wanted todo and now I feel like I competing with her, I feel like she’s trying to bring me down. I feel used by her, she told me I was too toxic to be in her life and you just had to let some people go. She changed her appearance completely, I started not to recognize her and she started getting very distant from me, and ghosting me. I got out of it, and now I’m waking up feeling lighter and lighter, happier and happier, clear, as water, and I feel great, I can notice the silence, that stillness, that talks to me, to come over and heal my wounds. I swear in the first 15 mins as I was dosing off, I woke to a sound like a dart or something being removed from my body , I think it was archangel michael removing a harmful blade or pyschic attack ❤️

Thank you so so much for posting this. This is my first time listening to this and I had a amazing experience: My experience I had the most amazing meditation experience. I could physically and perhaps mentally as well, feel the energy inside me moving in my stomach. I'm not quite sure what chakra I was activating in particular but I felt it. My whole stomach and partially my chest grew hot and somewhat firm. It's quite hard to explain it almost felt as if the energy inside me was radiating heat throughout my body.

I find it that once you've open your third eye chakra.. this type of Binaural sounds and Subliminals work a lot faster than before. Thanks. I've found a few others to raise vibrations so I'm combining them together into a 5 hour play list over night. So that I can be super changed every morning! Be blessed by the Divine
