Absolutely beautiful. I once ran the press for an old news paper here at home. When it got shuit down they were going to sink the old press as a moring for a crayfish boat. I managed to save her from such a tragedy. She now sits unfortnately now under a tarp in an outdoor shed waiting for me to get back to her and bring her back to life. Foil printing is a great option I never thought of. No ink clean up... I love it. This artwork you printed here is beautiful and I feel inspired now to get back over to the shed, put some walls on it and get the old windmill spinning again. God bless you folks at @waltzdesign.
Thank you so much. I wish you the best of luck with your windmill. I use foil on chandler rigs rather than windmill rigs. The speed is slow, but it works stably.
I am impressed with your mounting and registration techniques. I have experience in this area however we had to use less efficient methods and substandard equipment. American shops don't come close to the cleanliness or quality of equipment. American shops owners force the employees to compensate for their inability to invest in infrastructure.
Hello. I brought most of the letterpress equipment from the United States, and I clean and paint for a long time and reinforce the necessary parts. Believe it or not, I use the equipment I have alone. It does not employ staff. As I'm involved in everything myself, I think machine management is important. I think that the quality of printing is good only when the equipment is clean.
This is wild, a tight registration, and he’s not using lay gauges??? And I’ve never seen this kind of hot plate and this technique of transferring a die to it. Very impressive.
nice to meet you. In Korea, most technicians work without gauges. I learned from those technicians. Crafted using all mobile means in the equipment. :)
Hola, la electrónica del Hot Stamping no es original de Heidelberg, donde lo ha conseguido?, la maquina esta hermosa en muy excelente estado, felicitaciones!
Great video - we used to use an acetate overlay device like this when I was a compositor. Can I ask what adhesive you use to attach the plate to the hot bed on the machine.
Hola. Este equipo se llama Alemania Heidelberg Tigger. Este equipo fue descontinuado en 1986. Puede comprar usado buscando en la búsqueda de Google. Como el equipo es pesado, hay dificultades en la entrega.
Hello, amazing work, i have a question though; where do you get the mold you use to press print i mean that metal stamp ? do you use a cnc machine to shape it ?
@@charchitmishra This machine was discontinued in 1986. It is mainly in Germany or the United States. See if it's second-hand. There is no fixed place to sell. I made a purchase to an individual through Google search. You do that, too.
