@@ScarletteLove I somewhat agree, but I also think it's due to their personalities or the fact that they're comedians. I think you can usually tell when people are intentionally trying to keep things civil. There's an episode with coworkers who work together often and will have to see each other in the future, and even then things got more tense than this episode. Not trying to argue, this just seemed like a good discussion and I wanted to share my point!

If you don't get it then I think you might be missing the point. I think the thought behind a segment like 1000 to 1 is to show how different groups of people decide to determine who should get the 1000 dollars. It is not about who "deserves" it the most because this is not only very subjective but also a made up concept. I think this specific episode was one of the more wholesome ones, especially compared to the first episode and the episode with the elderly.

But they are just being people, they aren’t at work, comedy is an art and some people who are incredibly funny off the cuff with people in life are TERRIBLE at stand up/improv/writing. They’re not here to perform so the fact people are even commenting on their comedic skills is pointless. I swear folks just love talking people down.
