Awesome! Shukran kteer! It's great to see you all posting so much content! I have been watching your videos for the last 2-3 years during my Jordanian Arabic journey. By the way, the last expression is my favorite. It's also probably the most useful to me, as I have many friends in my American city who are refugees. I would love to have a way to say "no problem" that puts a smile on their faces. :)

The 2nd expression is masculin and you said you can use it for a guy or a girl. Do you change the ه in ها in that case or it invariable?

It is masculine and does not change when using it for a female because the ه is not speaking to the person but to the situation (i.e., what happened).
