I learned the handrail (I used a table tho) and lighter when I was 8, and got my first taste of beer on that same day. The things drunk relatives let you get away with lol I still remember the looks on everybody's faces when I effortlessly popped open a soda bottle at my second grade Christmas party 😂

Have to make you know, that's indeed the only one legit way to open a bottle of the 7. In VERY fancy restaurants they crack open the bottles of champaing with a saber. The tecnique is called "sabering".
We were desperate with my best friend and there was literally nothing to open our beer with so I proceeded to open one with a round edge ladder step. That was my proudest drunk moment ever.

I was stationed in Germany 2018-2021 down in Bavaria! I learned so many ways to open bier bottles from some Bavarian friends I made 😁. Those Bavarians have some DELICIOUS bier! I mean these are basic ways. In the netherlands using a lighter is the most common way. Opening beers with other beers is for when you can’t find the lighter We also use the crates or our rings Random things with a 90 degrees edge Aaaand then when these things aren’t in the room, we go searching for a normal opener

Loved it! Being Scottish we've been doing lighters, keys, knives since about 11 years old. That was good fun though the two bottles make you look like a boss when you get it
As a German it's boring to watch because these ways to open are absolutely normal in Germany. We're also open it with the table. And we're doing this without spilling something. 😂
