My whole system was on sympathetic fight/flight mode so my saliva was constantly leeching minerals from my teeth instead of supplying minerals to it in parasympathetic /Rest mode. It was recommended that I had one tooth pulled but I chose radical healing on my own. One must learn how to turn off the stress. Positive affirmations help. I had my phone off often, focused on my breath, and took ashwagandha in the evening to drop the cortisol levels/sleep better. Diet must be changed. Avoiding all sugars and grains was my first step. (This was just for 3 months and then slowly having weekly allowances if discipline is good) I educated myself with these 4 books: 1.Cure Tooth Decay: Heal And Prevent Cavities With Nutrition 2.Holistic Dental Care: The Complete Guide to Healthy Teeth and Gums 3. The Dental Diet: The Surprising Link between Your Teeth, Real Food, and Life-Changing Natural Health 4. Cure Gum Disease Naturally: Heal and Prevent Periodontal Disease and Gingivitis with Whole Foods Every body, soul and mouth is different but two things I can recommend are nutrition and discipline. It's dangerous to receive health advice on internet so I won't go into details about supplements and dosage in fear of people following it strictly instead of finding help from an expert/health practitioner. You can do research more in natural healing such as MMS, CDS, methylene blue, DMSO, carnivorous diets, Paleo diets, juice cleanses, low carb diets, intermittent fasting and scalar wave technology. @jaguarfox9586 Thank you! Consistency is really important for any growth. In fact, my bags were stolen not too long ago and I'm basically back to zero. This is just another challenge that I have to overcome. Setbacks are just part of life and so learning and growth. This is what my channel is all about. About being strong whatever life throws at me although it’s not always easy to stay strong especially during storms but at least try to take even little steps even when it gets tougher. Keeping in mind I'm not immune to challenges in life like everybody makes me focus on solutions. It sucks and I was feeling down for a few days after it happened but I chose to bounce back and start all over again after losing months' worth of work as my hard drives were in my stolen bags. 80% of my camera gears are gone but I recently bought new ones to keep going. Obviously, it will slow down the completion of my next video but as long as I am moving forward, that's all that really counts.

I've never thought that I'd able to gain > 1K subs faster. I can't imagine how many opportunities could have been wasted if I didn't have courage to go after them. That includes having this channel, being in a management role, having the people who actually care about me for who I am, freelance gigs, being an ambassador in a creative community and now I'm also planning on honing my public speaking skills through joining a toastmaster club and these all happened this year. It started with writing them all down on a piece of paper. A paper that serves as a reminder for me to go after what I want even through hard times. I'm not bragging about my accomplishments but simply hoping that this message can also inspire others to believe in themselves. Having the growth mindset also gave me the courage to start my RU-vid channel. Remembering your why's is much more important than the analytic growth. Sometimes I get trapped in focusing on any external rewards from this channel to the point that it paralyzes me from taking actions and I think this is what makes most people not even start at all. Also, the best advice I can give you to grow your channel more is to focus more on providing as much value as you can as a creator while trying your best to enjoy the process of creation. Start writing. Plan your days intentionally and upfront, every day is scheduled and focuses on your health and purpose. Make an agenda, here’s an example of mine, Monday- Friday: 06:30: wake up, intention setting for the day and gratitude moment, 15 min physical exercises, 15 min stretch, lymphatic nodes massage, warm shower and cold shower:(20 min total). 07:30: hugging my family, light vocal warmups whilst making breakfast and preparing my tea and water for the day. Breakfast when I’m not fasting. Supplements! 0830: walk or bike kid to school, breathing excercises and breath control start up when vocal muscles are ready, Vocal workouts (light!) 09:10: arrival at home, 1 small organic coffee with collagen, water, prep saxophone while checking what I planned on training/studying. 09:30: instrument and hand/arm/face warmup, jaw relaxation excercises 09:15: start technique improvements and chromatic excercises, work on sound perfection, neatness in the scales, speed. 10:30: break, drink water and tea, hand stretches, email 11:00: play what I practiced the day before and improve 12:30: lunch (when not fasting) - soup. 13:00: meditation 13:45: study further on previous piece 14:30: when I receive new sheet music I go through those 15:40: fetch daughter from school whilst relaxed training vocal techniques 16:10: child focus time: connection, venting time, homework, flute excercises, food 18:30: work further on studying new music 19:00: clean saxophone Focused intentional vocal training 20:30: prep for bed, read 21::00-21:30: sleep

Hold on to your soul, it’s very precious. Keep your mind and body healthy, all three are miracles of the universe.

If that's how you feel, then you need to be alone longer. It is when we fullfill ourselves totally and no longer need nor require or desire a relationship, then we are ready to be in one. However by then, you probably won't want to.

You are god. God is love and it doesn’t require praise and glory. That’s an idea you have been brainwashed to believe. That you are a sinner that is required to praise something greater than you. Stop thinking you are less than love. You are light energy and light is love.

But I also feel the same way as the thinking - to God be the Glory - was running through my mind as well. The fact that I feel good and uplifted, after listening to this, means (to me) it's possible to be concerned with my spiritual progress and still acknowledge God. Sometimes I get the impression that I've been granted permission to meditate but I must also recognise the Almighty Father. Blessings to you and all.
