Hi! What if you are graduate of teaching education but for now you want to enrich your experiences because you are not yet ready to teach permanently. You want to grow and gain various experiences, I instead of focusing on teaching only and your way is to find a job that is not related to your course. What if they would ask you if you still wanted to go back in teaching. And then you want to answer yes! However it might be the reason of you rejection because they might conclude that you would not stay longer in their company. What would be the best response for this coach?

Some of this is really helpful. Other parts seem a bit outdated and tailored more towards customer facing roles rather than telephony based work. You should do a video covering that side of customer service as well. (If you haven't already).

Hi Richard, great video. I just have a question regarding the situational questions - your answers are great, however if they are not true in my case, I feel I probably can't use them. If I haven't been in the specified situations before, what's the best way to answer? I wouldn't feel great making up an answer which actually isn't true!
