I've quit my 7 daily habits for highly effective days😃 as a minimalist. I used to do unproductive things that made me feel regretful every day. However, I made a list of things not to do to simplify my life. Since quitting those activities, I've noticed positive changes happening around me. Most importantly, I now sleep better.
Quitting ineffective things also helped me save money and time and be more productive.
Some ideas may not be suitable for everyone as we all have different lifestyles and goals.
But I hope some are useful for designing your daily activities.
