So funny. You seem to take it all in stride. A similar situation happened to me the other day w Mefisto Gentiloumo . I sprayed about 8 sprays and went for coffee. A guy sitting next to me got up and left to another area of the shop. He said someone sprayed put so much “ aftershave “ on that it is giving him a headache! I was so embarrassed. The funny thing is I think his girlfriend liked it because she did not move . I think he was a little dramatic but needless to say I will go w 6 sprays from now on. 😜😜
Hi Joao! So glad you featured Ambre Loup. It is my personal benchmark for amber fragrances. Although my little sister says it smells like dried cat food, I’m obsessed with it. I can’t imagine wearing it in a conference room! 🤣 I work a lot at construction sites so I have to be careful about what I wear. Especially in the Texas heat. 😂 The worst one for me was probably Chypre du nord by bortnikoff (lots of birch tar and loads of deer musk) I absolutely adore it but I wore it on a hot day and I was in a car with my colleagues… I definitely should’ve controlled my number of sprays. I wear both Antaeus and Egoiste to the office in cooler months. They’re perfect but leave at least 30 minutes from application to sharing space with anyone else.
I’m a mechanic and my coworkers know I’m deep into this hobby. Surprisingly my most daring and/or animalic fragrances usually get positive reactions. Even T-Rex from Zoologist was a hit lol. Zafar from Xerjoff was another one I wasn’t expecting anyone to like, but I was wrong. To my surprise, my most recent negative feedback was from Music for a While! I got a decant based on your recommendation and I love the scent. One of my coworkers though said it smelled like the stuff they use to clean up puke in elementary school lol. It must have been the herbaceous lavender that is used. Oh well, can’t win them all. I still love it and will probably be picking up a full bottle soon. Great content btw!
Anamalic scents / challenging scents are my favourite genre in perfume so I've worn many of these to work , I'm not sure if that's why some days my co workers stay away 🤣
@@sibyl999 She's lucky and that's awesome but this makes her the exception to the rule. Ask her how many healthcare workers wear all their frags (especially challenging ones) compared to how many that can't/don't. I'll bet you a bottle of Baruti the majority are in the same boat as me especially in the middle of a pandemic that wreaks havoc on our respiratory system.
LOLs!! I love this topic. So I wore Gucci Intense Oud and received a complaint from my manager. Right now though I am on unemployment so no one complains.. except my man who hates all fragrances ( at least since I started collecting.). The one he really hates now which I have been wearing during the evening- from about 6 PM on (spraying only one time though, about 6 sprays) is Aventus For Her😭. I am bummed because I love it. Oh you spoke of Ambre Loup? I fell asleep.. I love that one. I will have to try that🤣🤣
Ambre Loup is a compliment magnet on me and I wouldn’t consider it in the least bit daring. Amouage interlude almost got me Kicked out of a 250 plus student lecture hall philosophy class though, whoops. 😎😂

I have always thought the perfect RU-vid channel would be of someone rating fragrances as smelled on someone else. I always like when reviewers give information on how many sprays. It is a hard thing to judge. Most fragrances I underspray but I do overspray on occasion . In addition to my earlier story I did overspray Oud Wood at my office last week. I used 8 sprays and it almost choked me out. It seemed to get stronger as the day went on . No one said anything but it bothered me.
Cuir intense lolol never been called a boot before by people. I wore that to my office and everyone thought I had gone to a tannery before hand...but still love the smell but helps being in charge so they can only make fun of me and can do anything else 😂😂

Worst scent I ever wore to work wasn’t even a known ‘beast’ - Bvlgari Wood Essence. A guy sitting in front of me on the bus even moved a few rows away. Wore it once at the weekend too and it choked my wife out in the car. Must be the benzoin on my skin. Passed it on soon after.
your taste is way to exquisite for ordinary people..... too developed compared to regular Aqua di Gió people. ( which is in itself a good fragrance, let's be honest )
