@@DarkPsycheZoneMy exams are going to start after 2 months I get failed 6 subjects of 1st semester and now my 2nd semester has started after 2 months I have 11 exams and I didn't studied but my classmates are studying and I asked my classmates they started studying and they said yes and when I asked what're you studying they said I didn't started yet they are covering topics daily and now I've just started so, I want to manipulate him to say me what he's studying daily is this possible? There's another thing 😅 I want to ask I get bullied sometimes in my class and I'm not strong and I can't do exercises to become strong because my height is less so, can you make a video on how to increase height and become strong?

@@DI-Mikey Thank you for sharing your situation. It's great that you're determined to improve your studies and address the challenges you're facing. To start, it's important to focus on your own progress and not be discouraged by comparing yourself to others. Here are a few strategies that might help: Studying Tactics: Instead of directly asking classmates what they are studying, try engaging in study groups. This way, you can share knowledge and learn from each other without making anyone feel uncomfortable. You can also suggest discussing specific topics together, which may naturally lead to sharing study plans. Overcoming Bullying: Dealing with bullying is tough, but building inner strength and confidence can make a big difference. Standing up for yourself doesn’t always require physical strength. Focus on developing assertiveness, seeking support from friends, teachers, or counselors, and practicing self-care to boost your self-esteem. Increasing Height and Strength: Height is largely determined by genetics, but proper nutrition, good posture, and adequate sleep can help you reach your potential. To become stronger, consider exercises that are safe and appropriate for your body. Bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats, and planks can build strength without the need for heavy lifting. Remember, it's important to approach these topics ethically and responsibly.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It's natural to want to help others, but it's important to set boundaries for your own well-being. Learning to say "no" is a crucial skill that can help you maintain your personal resources and avoid being taken advantage of. Remember, it's okay to prioritize your needs too. Stay strong!

@@SathuryaAS "Hey there! I understand how challenging it can be to say 'no' directly-it’s a common struggle. A helpful tip is to practice assertiveness, which is a core aspect of dark psychology. Start by expressing your boundaries in less stressful situations and gradually build up your confidence. Remember, it’s completely okay to prioritize your needs. For more tips on becoming more assertive, you might find our video on assertive communication really helpful. Keep pushing forward-you've got this!"

@@SathuryaAS piece of advice for you, something I've learned throughout life is to stop caring so much, no matter how hard you try you can never satisfy humans, you can't please everyone so no use in going over and beyond for them or ull end up being easy prey for other people with dark motives. Sometimes you gotta learn to say no even if it hurts them, you aren't responsible for their feelings
