Chef seriously I love how you construct your videos and show us the descriptions of your meals, and the prep you guys do is amazing! Looking forward to an awesome season!

Every time i watch these videos i get a hankering for the whole "foodie" experience. It would be great (although very difficult to arrange) to see an interview with a charter client detailing their high points of the charter, along with what they didnt love for whatever reason. That is one vlog i would pay for.

Chef, the thing that impresses me, above your talent for creating unique dishes, is that you make it look effortless.

i have just caught up with you and your channel. As a chef for over 62 years I must say I am impressed with your professionalism, style and of course most important, cleanliness. Very entertaining, I have subscribed and rung the bell.

Such a joy to watch you'all doing a job you love especially when you can have fun and treat the guests with something special. The look on Seans face was priceless, being excited to treat the kids to above and beyond creations. Think he was having as much fun as they were!! There seems to be a pattern where you take passenger requests to the next level, Avo Tacos!! Much admiration n thanks for the ride along.

The dedication of the crew and staff along with a very positive attitude (that is to say LOVING THEIR JOBS,) adds a caring dimension to anyone who's decided to charter this boat for a singular adventure. What's amazing to me is that the ONLY purpose of the kitchen staff and aboveboard crew is to provide the best possible experience that they can. This was a nice surprise and a lot of fun! Well, it was a lot of hard work for you and all of the crew, but I know the guests must have loved it.

May I suggest you polish the SS island top in the kitchen. Brushed stainless steel looks really good without the scratches. It would be an easy cleanup with big results.

Absolut amazing and Respect for the creativity and precision of the two Chefs. And the fruit animals and monsters are so fantastic. I have three nieces and one of them has special needs, but i am absolutely confident that they would love to be guested by this fantastic Crew.

Well done Chef! If I ever hit the lottery, I'd definitely have to charter this yacht for an ultimate vacation!

Lovely video. If I’m ever blessed to end up on loon for a charter with my family, I hope you and Sean are cheffing! My niece and nephew would be loving the animals Sean made - I’m sure my niece would be asking if she could come and help!

I’m sure you know it already but when I show friends visiting Japan the Tsukune with a raw egg yolk is usually very wow for them. I prefer Tsukune without cartilage though. Couldn’t have yakitori without some juicy shiitake mushrooms and chicken hearts. I’m impressed you used the correct charcoal. Real pro move. Next time you’re in Tokyo I recommend TEKI in Ginza, roughly £100 for the set course and nice wines
