Hi beautifuls,I can not use fenugreek every day. It breaks my hair. I can apply every 3 days so be careful. It if very important to know the ph level of all ingredients n products you apply to your hair n scalp Periodt

i’m a year late, seeing this video, 😂however, as a person who drink and us fenugreek water ladies be careful putting this in your hair every day it is high and protein and if you have low porosity hair, you do not need that much protein in it
