Ok people, if you don’t like watching the diet stuff just move on. If you know Lauren, you know she has struggled ALL of her life with weight! It’s a issue, it’s a problem just like any other medical term, so if you can’t be proud and uplifting for Lauren, just don’t watch, don’t waste your time or her time with your negative comments, just don’t watch, it’s that simple. I never said anything about her personally. I fully support Lauren. Ive followed her for years. I am the same weight as her and tried probably just as much if not more stuff to loose weight than her. No one is hating. It's all in your minds.

How long can you keep taking the shot? And what happens when you stop taking it? I’ve been on so many of these weight loss trends and always end up weighing more than what I was when I started. How do we find out why we over eat, it’s exhausting!
Great question! i don’t know 😵💫 My hope is I form healthy habits with daily exercise and food changes while feeling so encouraged while taking these meds that those changes will Carry me through for the rest of my years. I hope that makes sense❤️

I have been on Mounjaro for 74 days... LOL yes exactly 74 I just checked. I am down 37 lbs.! It's a miracle. I am so happy with this drug, no plans of stopping. I have about 30 lbs. to go to my goal weight.
You should take some before pictures..also like you said do measurements…from you neck, arms, chest, waist, thighs, calves and ankles. Also drink 80-100oz of water and that will help with the weightloss and bloating. Your doing awesome!
I found when it's cold it stings. I usually take mine out the fridge a few hours before let it get to room temperature before I do my injection. I started Sept 26 weighing 219.5 heaviest outside my pregnancy. I'm now 11 weeks in on the 5mg & today Dec 7 I weighed in "Weigh in Wednesday " at 188.2 im so happy. Not diabetic but pre diabetic & insulin resistance. But im also doing the work I only eat 20 grams of carbs. Eat a lot of veggies, protein & I get in 3 liters of water Minimun a day. Goal is to drink a gallon. Some day I do some days I don't but definitely 3 liters. Good luck with journey.

Hello! I also have been recently diagnosed with insulin resistant PCOS and have been prescribed Metformin and birth control combination pill. I'm not a big fan of Metformin but I've been contemplating weight loss drugs as my endocrinologist wants me to consider taking one to lower my chances of getting diabetes. My mom has diabetes and we both have high blood pressure so my endocrinologist wants me to loose weight but it's hard with insulin resistance and PCOS. I'm a bit afraid of the side effects of weight loss medicine. I've never been on weight loss medication and I'm 28 years old. I've been on keto for about a month and lost 8 pounds. Looks like I've plateaued loosing weight even though I am taking inositol and berberine. Idk what to do. Maybe I'll talk to my endocrinologist about Mounjaro. I'm lost. Help! 😕 😞
Happy for your weigh lost totally understand. Be careful with any meds. I couldn't do needles everyday. I'm currently doing Optivia down 65 pounds no without exercise. It for if you need to lose weight quick but you choose how fast you want to lose it. 3 to 7 pounds a week.

If not, awesome, but if someone doesn't want to watch that they can just come back later to another video. Never inject straight from fridge let it become room temperature. (reason it stung lol too cute) That 2.5 I kept headaches and fatigue. So far no issues with the 5mg
I just want to tell you how much I’m loving these vlogs because I also have gotten to a point in my health and weight loss journey that I’ve had ENOUGH of not doing what I need to do. But I needed a push because I have been so physically and mentally exhausted the last few years that adding myself as another thing to take care of seemed daunting and frankly I just didn’t care. My six kids and husband are all thriving from my sacrifices and that was enough for me. Until now. And it was your video that made me realize I need to take care of me, now, for my kids. You must be carrying water weight when you weighed because it looks like you lost more than 6lbs. I could tell in the places you noticed before you even mentioned them. I like hearing about the weight loss and think it’s great you’re having success. Please keep posting about it.
As a person who has taken 2 different types of insulin injections every day (3 jabs in total)for years, there is no need for alcohol wipes. As long as you use a new needle and your skin is clean (ie you take a shower every day) you'll be fine. Well I've never had an issue in 18years.

I'm literally just a few points off of being diabetic so I think I'm going to talk to my doctor about Manjaro to see if I would be eligible to take it as well I am severely obese but I am the biggest I've ever been and it is really affecting my bad back and my arthritis and I can't take much more and because I'm so big I can't exercise because my back is an excruciating pain all the time getting ready to have back surgery number two and I also have a thyroid disorder which makes it so my weight won't come off even on medication so I'm going to see if maybe Montero could help me thank you for your inspiration
I do injections for my Arthritis that are kept in the fridge..take one out and pop it down your bra for 15mins..it'll get to your body temp by then and be okay to use.
Not to bring out the negative or make you worry because im so proud of you for committing to this but did your doctor talk with you about possible risks of thyroid cancer taking this med. I'm just curious because I would love to try this but was concerned
You’re doing great! I started Trulicity the day after Thanksgiving and lost 9 lbs. so far. I weigh everyday. One day on Saturday I weighed and gained a lb. but I told myself to keep going that was probably fluid. I didn’t get on the scale till this morning and lost that lb. plus another lb. So, don’t let it bother you if you gain a lb. or 2, keep going. It will come off.❤️
With all these things what matters is what happens over the longer term. Because like you said about the jeans, you've been smaller before. After 6 months with the medication that will be more telling.
Yes you should do measurements for now on til your where you want to be weight wise you will definitely see the progress even more and plus your weight loss each week
So happy for the success so far! I’m down too with some changes in my life/diet - it’s been all about consistency I think. I also decided that my health needs to be more priority - and it was just tough to get around with my almost 19 month old boy. My 6 year old daughter was a lot more calm and not so crazy but he’s giving me a run for my money! 😂❤🙏🏾

I have a call on Friday with my doctor, I just hit the diabetic mark with my a1c lol I've been pretty discouraged with several things going against me etc butttt been eating low carb (pcos reasons mainly) and going well so far for the couple weeks been on it.. going to ask about this med, really sounds helpful. I'm nervous about side effects a bit since I don't have my gallbladder haha. Hopefully she'll want to help me out. congrats on loss!! & thanks for sharing vid!
