I binged the entire House Flipper playlist over a couple of days during my workouts. It's great when you want to stay focused on something without it requiring too much of your attention. Kind of wish it could come back. I understand there's only so much you can do, but this was a great series.
Dude that was amazing!!!! I have a challenge for you. Joe Bros construction. Make something useable out of it? Do you accept this challenge??? ( I hope so!!)
Great Job Glock9! However I feel like there is one VERY important detail you forgot in your design of the bunker...a power room. A room with generators and fuel to power the bunker when all hell breaks loose!
I personally like these house flippers more then the actual house flipper game. I too am in love with building in 7DTD. This is very very nicely done and I appreciate the time and hard work that went into this. An idea for a future build, maybe like a mad scientist room with autopsy table and such, maybe someone who loves to do experiments on zombies. Totally not because I lack creativity to do this myself and because I would love to have a functional room like this in the game. Nope... :D More of this I say! ;)
Peaked roofs w/vaulted ceilings inside - in the desert - means your house stays cooler than a flat top roof. It wasn't made that way for water shed - that was just a bonus for water collection. And asphalt makes the ground temperature rise too much because of it's color and heat absorption/retention ability. Very nice reno though! I've been enjoying going through them over the past few weeks.
the Navesgane map is in in fictional Arizona County. Arizona has a pretty badass monsoon season during the summer months, which I learned spending that time down in Cochise County (where Tombstone is) while I was in the Army. during monsoon season it will pretty much dump knee deep standing water daily from rain. then an hour after it stops it'll be bone dry cause the sand will suck it all up and the rest of the moisture evaporates because of the hot arid climate. so correction, the Arizona desert gets an excessive amount of rain during the right part of the year.
Missed these episodes. Much better than the actual House Flipper game. Keep making these videos. These are how I found you channel, and why I originally subbed on my other account.
Definitely my favorite house so far in the 7D2D flipper series. What a great idea for the rooftop pool and that house looks much better with a modern twist. Although I like everything you put out this is definitely better than the house flipper game. I did miss your house flipper music though. 😊❤️
Not sure if you know this or not Glock, but you can use the dev paintbrush and hold "R" on a block and you can actually copy it. Just make sure you have an open slot on your toolbelt. Just throwing it out there. :) Happy to see the House Flipper series making a return!
Losing the trees and putting asphalt all around the house is going to turn it into an oven! Would suggest brick instead of asphalt and bringing back some of the trees on the west side of the property. Otherwise, fantastic job! Edit for 25:35, just saw that forge and oh boy, talk about making a house an oven, not to mention the bad IAQ!
The amount of work that went into this 30 minute video is just silly. Im still damn impressed at the amount of work you put into these videos... Anyway onto the video: How about put some defense systems here and there so the vault dwellers arent left to fend for themselves? Effectively making it a decent fallout shelter. Go in a little deeper with the details. Great video, just left me with some questions :)
You should make the outside entrance a pool house next to an infinity pool. Also in a survival bunker you would need an exercise room, and possibly a pool to stay fit. Would love to see you go back to the house flipper series in Diersville. I'm sure that neighborhood would look awesome once you finished. Plus it would be cool to see you run through that town on a high level horde night!!
Nicely done. I personally think that the pool would look better, if you lowered it 1 block down, so it was flush with the roof. If the structural integrity would allow it, that is. The wood mesh things (I forgot the name) you used outside by the front door, could also be used indoors as a seperator in the bigger rooms, to kind of segregate it, without blocking light.
Awesome video Glock. I know this one had to take you a while and it was amazing so thank you! You have some great ideas of what to do with the rooms. I am a little disappointed there is no seating or bench in the shower. I mean I thought we were going with obnoxious? ; D I play house flipper and 7d2d as well, but I enjoy fixing up the houses and towns in 7d2d more than in house flipper. You can actually tear down and build houses from the ground up in 7d2d and don't have the restraints that house flipper does. The painting in house flipper is a pain in the ass.
Glock, next house flipper make a helipad for the gyrocoptor! Some ideas is maybe an underground helipad and a ramp for the 4x4. Make it like the batcave! Keep up the good work loving the channel
This is what I though to make from the big hole, but the gyro can't hover and need a rollway like a plane, would be really nice as plan Z and you just need to escape.
Can you imagine Glock being your Realtor? Glock: "Hey, take a LOOK at this shit! This house is fucking GREAT! We have railings up here on the patio so you can get drunk and not fall to your death! I mean, GODDAMN, you really need to buy this house!" 😂 I love it, Glock. My kind of realtor. Great vid and always love your content! Keep it up, man!
I heart that Roman trim work. Is there anyway you could have made the bottom of the pool into a glass roof so you could see the pool from the inside of the house?
This game is so glitchy now. I fired it up after months to give another go. I kept breaking blocks. The collision box disappears, and you can walk through it. But the texture stays floating in mid air. This wasn't happening last time I played. And I haven't added any mods. How is it possible for a game to get worse?
that secondary entrance you can build a well right there and then put water in the bottom. drop down into the water, then the secondary door is another way in.
Looks like you made a house for Dan Bilzerian, should of made the farm room into a super gym and made a smaller room into the farm area. Great video cant wait to see what is next!
I definitely like alot of what you did with this place, though i think there is one thing it needed and that other entrance/exit would be a great place for it. A power supply room: be it a generator and fuel storage or a battery array hooked up to solar panels.
Wow dude, that build turned out so good! Love the sustaining life area in the bunker, brilliant idea! The only thought I had for the escape hatch was to lead up to a tower that was air tight, but you could look out and get some sun from time to time without dying from whatever drove you into the bunker. :D
Nice work Glock, the design and color scheme fit so well together. A shed with a draw bridge entrance to the outside bunker hole would of been an interesting addition. I LOVED this series. I would really like to see more. Keep up the great work bro.
Hey Glock9, loving your videos! I'm into 7 days to die right now, and I've been watching a lot of your videos. Also liked the House flipper videos, too (the actual house flipper game lol). Just wanted to voice myself, keep being awesome :P
With the popularity of flipping and resoration in this game... when will the designers put into creative mode better skins for the furniture? Nice bathroom but lets only allow nasty moldy shower curtains... or clean windows that are not bulletproof... how about actual grass! There are so many great building features in this game (just discovered it a month ago) but they could really improve the skins for just creative mode.
you may not care for the decorating part but you make it so nice looking like someplace someone would actually like to live in. love these vids. please do more. ;)
Hmmm looks like someone is very expirienced in home growing, that room looks very professional 😉 My first thought about that big hole was to use it to escape with gyrocopter, but then I remembered this thing can't hover. Like that series, keep on 👍
