You have demystified CB, brilliant. Most teachers unintentionally make CB difficult but your videos show how it is a natural aspect of breathing that one needs to become aware of, rather than a new skill to be learnt.

Tried to do exactly ad you said. All 7 steps but i just get to no breath left. Im using my diaphragm and making the goo sound and ballooning my cheeks.

Maybe you want an online lesson, so we can fine tune everything? So you will be able to do it? Let me know if you are interested. ❤️🎶☀️

Thank you so much, again! Lessons 6 and 7, too, were extremely helpful. I somehow do manage to keep up a tone during the inhale, but breaths are still too quick and not very relaxed. Maintaining the tone with puffed cheeks doesn’t come easy as well - these are supposed to act like the bag in a bag pipe, right? I will get there, I’m sure of it. :-) Computer screen is all spattered and wet now, though… ☔

Oh great, it is working a bit!!! Yes cheeks can function as a bagpipe. And good luck with your screen 📺! ❤️☀️🎶

Thanks. Maybe I’ll get a waterproof laptop, the kind marine scientists use. Or binoculars… ;-)

Cool video's didgemama. I have to say I play a while self learning but your video's set me back to correct some basic errors that interfered with growth in playing

Hey DM... Love ya. Will the lips eventually just continue vibrating after some practise... Is that what we're going for? I can kind of feel like they might keep buzzing with the cheeks puffed out but with the cheeks in it's a total stop ... Totally in love with this technique by the way, thank you for sharing it X

Hi Tiffany, Try first with puffed out cheeks, and see if you can slowly make a duck face and see if you can keep your lips buzzing! Good luck 👍! ❤️☀️🎶

Hi, this is the Kapalbhati guy from the Didge festival. I followed your stomach tip for CB and now I am able to start doing it a bit. Can you tell something about Notes on Didge? As I have heard that my Didge produce B flat and its difficult to do CB on it. If it is so, what should I be doing?
@DidgeMama
@DidgeMama 4 года назад
Abhinav Tyagi super!!! Yes Kapalbhati, that is the breathing pump! Thanks for that again👍🙏. I would get a plastic tube of 3cm diameters and 120cm long, make a beeswax mouthpiece (see my extra vid about it) and practice CB on that first, when that starts working, go back to your low toned didge! Good luck! ❤️☀️

I saw that you did just a little bit of the in and out without the didge blocking the view as to what the lips are doing....I would like to see more of that. I'm just not getting it yet.
@DidgeMama
@DidgeMama 4 года назад
Yes I did it only once clearly with out the didgeridoo. On Monday when I will record my next video, I’ll make especially for you a tiny video showing the jaw-breathing with lips showing. 👍🎶😀
