Just found your channel... amazing. I love your perspective on a "natural" yard. I have never and will never spray chemicals on my yard. Keep up the awesome work!

Two questions: Do you know what insects eat plant stems like that chickweed at 5:02 pls? Are most of these plants native to the US or do they grow in Europe as well? Thank you

You should probably specify what parts of the plant are inedible. If I remember right dandelion stems are inedible and the rest of the plant is fine, but don't quote me on that.

The stems may not taste great but I believe they are edible and have medicinal benefits. If you open them up there's a cream inside like aloe vera you can rub on sunburns I think
