Nahh there's like seven elevens everywhere, people there usually get slushies, ramen, sushi, or other foods (rice, pasta, burgers) most of the time it's just students hanging out tho
You forgot--they would also demand you cook it and feed it to them since they got hurt and it must be FREE! forget about them cleaning their mess up after 😆
Can’t believe I ditch study to count 7-11 bells 51 bells ok :( Edit: Omg I just realized I got pinned+5.8k likes! Thanks! It’s my most liked comment ever lol For celebration I recounted and got 61....idk what did I smoke Edit 2: I didn’t know editing will automatically unpin the comment 😂🤷♀️ chill guys issokay
@@trigonometry0 Can't be just aluminum... it's got some kind of magnetic reacting metal in it, so it's at least got iron/steel particles impregnated. That's what lets the induction plates at the cooking station heat the water without burning the paper bowl.
Yes, you can boil water in a paper bag over a fire. Just make sure the bag doesn't get hot above water level. The water will keep the paper to not more than about 100 C. Paper needs to get to about 230 C to burn.
@@waterized_bottle Any box of instant noodles that cost over 1 USD sounds like a rip-off to me, over 9 bucks for some instant food, man SG is one expensive country.
You can’t lol, they’ll obviously kick you out, and that’s Singapore, no one would do that. Only Americans would, mostly a Karen if there ever were stations like this there.
@@rebekablackwood in their video where they try singaporean mcdonald’s when he orders at the kiosk you can see his reflection and it looks very much like a guy
@@xMicrostar true, but its a japanese/korean thing. this is the first in singapore, and japan and korea are known for their crazy, unique shops and such.
@@GiTxSHuM Still better than some processed stuff in my opinion. I'd rather eat a cup noodle than pay that much for using some fancy technology. (Which I find genius not gonna lie)
@@GiTxSHuM Oh and they cook it not you. That's another pro to add to your list. So you're paying for fresh food and labour to boot, now that tickles my pickle.
@@girijaganesh1863 you can get a pretty good bowl of ramen (the legit, non-instant kind) for less if you know where to look. Looks fun to try maybe once, but i can't imagine anybody doing this daily
@@Michaelisinachair that was because the water was beyond boiling and it never should have been. McDonalds then systematically put their money into making her seem like a crazy untrustworthy person. I see it still seems to be working :(
I am new to your channel. Absolutely love it. I love the fact that you don't speak, yet you record the sounds of the location. Nice effect, very creative! I am especially enjoying the Ramen parts AND the vending machine foods are my favorite. I can see why you have so many followers. GREAT JOB!!
That’s because they are not American our gas stations are better they are a million times better than 7/11 they have more food catered to Americans they even have cooks you make your orders they have supplies barbecue pits signature items I think our gas stations are amazing the food is just 🤤 so good so try American not Japanese 7/11 is not American so why would it be awesome
@@Mia-840 I never had been out of North America before, plus I live in the US, but once I get to go to Japan and/or Singapore one day, their 7/11s is where I'm going to visit and buy some of their foods and snacks there and see if it's better. I've seen RU-vid videos of it too. 🤤
Yo this is always going to be my first video from you and I remember this the most because during the time I watched this, I was preparing for a trip to Singapore with my family back in 2019. I just wanted to look at what food I can try out there :)
Exposing your body to germs in that way actually strengthens your immune system. It lets your body create antibodies for pathogens it hasn't encountered before
Lavallalex ya that’s a very double-edged sword. While this does apply in certain situations, you shouldn’t be doing it in a place where people have specifically touched. Let’s say someone with HIV or something else contagious licked their fingers after eating chips and then touched the counter. Now, your utensil that you are eating with has touched that spit-covered counter. You go to ear with said utensil. Guess what you have now? Most likely something that you didn’t want and could have avoided receiving.
Tanishq Patil I wasn’t saying that saliva can directly cause it, however sores in the mouth could lead to particles of hiv-infected blood interlacing the saliva, and at that point the saliva can be a risk. Regardless, this isn’t a good idea.
As an engineering student your videos give me lots of satisfaction. For the tech and for the first world i may one day experience if i work hard. Greetings from Argentina.
Broo, burning that Esbit solid fuel stuff releases formeldahyde and hydrogen cyanide that's why it says to not use it indoors. lol The reason why the cardboard doesn't burn or create ash on the hot plate is because it's an induction surface. That's also the reason why the aluminum foil is inside the bowl.
here in Hong Kong (but im not sure if it’s in anywhere else) you can buy food products made by 7 eleven and just heat them up at the microwave next to you
We NEED a Singapore or Japanese version of 7-Eleven here in United Statesia. :) I'm seriously impressed by the cardboard pot's encounter with the ration stove. :D
Awesome machine... .I'll pass on that first one.. but the second one looks much better and less expensive.. I grew up in Florida here in the USA I used to go to the 7-Eleven in the 1970s and always get Slurpees and candy-bars :-) I wouldn't use that machine because of the metal in it but it's a very interesting machine for people on the go..
This is the first Video i got recommended from dancing bacons and I love this channel since then. Thank you so much for your work and I appriciate your videos 😊❤
