I can’t thank you enough for this so please keep the airfryer recipes coming! I Love my old airfryer but they had a recall so my family brought me a new one that cost wayyy more and I don’t like it as much as my 1st one
Hi Linette! Which air fryer do you have now? Mine was recalled too! So glad you’re enjoying the air fryer recipes! It’s my favorite kitchen appliance for sure 👍🏻👍🏻 Stay tuned for more new recipes this fall. I took a break to spend the summer with my family but am looking forward to filming again when they go back to school ❤️, Marie
HELLO. I am so happy that I found you. I really needed some great recipes for my air fryer. Thank you so much for sharing.❤ Shirley from Calgary Alberta
Thank you for sharing!!! An air fryer is on my list!!! I've always been an instant pot girl, but I'm ready to add this to my arsenal. And...don't forget to mention, the energy saving as opposed to the conventional oven!
Hi Lynn! Thanks so much for watching! So glad you enjoyed it 😊 If you like the instant pot, you are going to *love* the air fryer! 🙌🏼 The videos on my channel for salmon cakes, meatballs, crab cakes, and apple hand pies all include demos for the AF, so check those out when you have a chance! Also, stay tuned for more content this fall and feel free to send questions or requests - always love to hear from viewers ❤️, Marie
And yes, I always forget to mention the energy saving benefit! Thanks for the reminder. I thought of your comment today as I was cooking in the air fryer 🥰
Hello! Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here 😊 My goal in the kitchen is always to make things as easy possible, so I’m glad that comes across in the videos 🥰 Let me know if you need anything or have questions. I’m always here to help! ❤️, Marie
How do you determine what degrees and time to set for certain type of food. I just bought my first air fryer and I didn't even know what to cook inside of it. Reason why I am watching these videos
Hi Janet! Thanks for watching and for taking time to leave a note! Always love to hear from viewers 😊 I’m excited for you to try these! Please stay tuned for more new recipes soon ❤️, Marie
Thank you for the tip when melting butter in the microwave. I would have never thought to cover it first with a paper towel. (I will try it to avoid the mess.)
Hi Annie! Thanks for watching and for taking time to leave a note! Always love to hear from viewers 😊 Yes, a napkin over top can help avoid a big mess of butter! You can also use a taller jar instead of a shallow bowl for less splatter. Please stay tuned for more new recipes soon ❤️, Marie
Scrolled down, got the answer from your previous reply. Thank you for sharing your knowledge that we can use the air fryer for cooking so many food items. That too an healthy option.
Like you I have the preset capability but use the temperature and timer only. I use my air fryer several times a week and you have given me ideas for things I never thought of.
Hello from southern California. 🌞⛱️🪁🌊🏄♀️ Thank you so much for sharing your easy to do Air fryer recipes, They are very informative. 👍 Someone just gave me a Air fryer for my birthday, I really love it. I'm still not sure as to what kind of different foods I can put in there yet. I never eat pork, but I do love vegetables and soup's. Thank you again for sharing.💞👱♀️
How to know what temperature and what time to use for every dish? Any tips for choosing the right ones? Thank you. Very good tutorial for beginners with air fryer.
Hi! Thanks for watching! I generally use 350 for most things. It’s a good place to start. Your air fryer probably has suggested times and temps for something common foods as well. Hope that helps! Stay tuned, Marie
I love cooking Porkchops in my air friar. They come out nice and crispy. Assuming you like the skin, which I do though. Yum! I'm going to try doing those boild eggs. Never thought of that. Now you wait and see, mine is going to pop and make a mess everywhere. Lol!
Hey Mike! Thanks so much for watching and for taking time to leave a note! Love to hear from viewers 😊 Okay! Pork chops is on my list for the air fryer! Thanks for the idea. My family loves pork chops and I rarely cook them, so they will be grateful for your suggestion, too! I haven’t had an egg pop in the AF yet, so I think you’ll be good! But do keep me posted. I do like to hear how things turn out so I can adjust my recipes or add notes as needed. Thanks again Mike! Stay tuned for more new recipes coming soon 👍🏻 Best, Marie
Hi! So glad you enjoyed the video! This is the newer version of the one I have: amzn.to/45iVcKJ The older version was actually recalled 😅 The sound and alarm are really not too loud. I’m wondering if maybe my microphone picked it up and made it sound louder than it really is? Anyway, if you do get one I have lots of other videos with air fryer recipes! Just let me know if you need help finding them. My best, Marie
Never thought of corn Thank you. And regarding sweet potatoes I diced much larger as directions and other You Tubers suggested. To cook through always some burned ones. You area gem!
Hey there! Isn’t the air fryer so great? I’m always throwing new things in there 😅 I have videos on crab cakes, meatballs, and apple hand pies, and one for salmon cakes coming soon! Thanks so much for watching and for taking time to leave a note - means so much to hear from viewers ❤️, Marie
Not the metal tongs! Don't use metal with no-stick coatings, it is like using a knife on table temp butter, it scrapes it right off. People don't seem to get that the Air Fryer is close to an entire kitchen replacement. Oatmeal, Cookies, lasagne, Fry, Heat, it is all done better in a fryer. The big challenge is adjusting to the size and that you usually want many fryers to cook one meal, one fryer works best if you can mix everything into one basket, either at once or over time... Most of us have a kitchen we add the fryer to, so usually you can oven or cook some things while the air fryer does what it does best, except usually it does everything better than I can cook it without the air fryer. (Just try cooking rice in an air fryer and your going to be crying the next time you have to cook the rice old school, because the fryer is busy making some amazing to go with the rice.)
Hi Patricia! Thanks so much for watching and for your kind note 😊 I do have several more Air Fryer videos: Air Fryer 101 (with several recipes including salmon and poached egg) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kDvuVmgHVG8.html Crab cakes (i show stove, oven and air fryer) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uWiDXd_EAuE.html Air fryer meatballs ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RkPeubG8sQk.html Hope that helps! I’ll do some more AF mains soon! Thanks for your request. ❤️, Marie
Hi! That’s a great question! I usually do just one or two dishes in the air fryer for one meal, so it’s a little easier to serve warm 😊 Thank you for watching and for taking time to leave a note! Love to get feedback from viewers ❤️, Marie
Hi! Thanks for watching! I generally do not preheat the air fryer, but you certainly can heat for 5 minutes at 400 before adding food. I really only preheat when I’m cooking something like steaks or crab cakes - when the cook time is not very long and I want to be sure I get a good sear on the outside. Hope that helps. Hugs, Marie
Hi.i am happy n like your recipe.try it to my new 6.5L Airfryer. I do not how to use it but now your post is good for my cooking time for my family.thanks so much.
Hi Luisa! Thanks so much for watching and for taking time to leave a note! Love to hear from viewers 😊 We love our air fryer! Do you have a favorite dish to make in it? Stay tuned for new recipes this fall ❤️, Marie
Hi Maura! Great question and thanks for watching 😊 If I’m making a meal, I generally only use the air fryer for one dish (maybe broccoli or sweet potatoes) and cook other items on the stove (for example, steak), or prepare on the counter (salads etc). Sorry if this video is confusing in that regard … I just wanted to have a whole show dedicated to the air fryer 😊 I should have clarified that I don’t typically do 5-7 dishes in there at once. Hope that helps. Hugs, Marie
Hi just a thought - the Internet reaches users worldwide! An observation I have noticed some contributors from the USA do not take into consideration that fact for example in the UK oven temperatures are in Celsius or centigrade, food items have different names also as there are so many air friers all with differing wattages it would be useful when giving timings to say wattage of the appliance you are using as all are not the same....
Hi Diane! Thanks so much for watching and especially for your feedback! Several people have recently requested Celsius and metric measurements so I am adding those to my new videos 👍🏻 I did not know about wattage differences so I will look into that as well, thank you! I apologize for my ignorance 😅 and appreciate your kind suggestion. Stay tuned for more new recipes soon ❤️, Marie
Thank you so much Marie; I just bought a air fryer and I really appreciate your video, including the very delicious salsas that you introduce in it. From this Spanish woman in London.💪🙂😋🫂💕
Hola Maria! So glad this was helpful! I have several other air fryer recipes (salmon cakes, crab cakes, chicken, meatballs) so be sure to take a look at those too! Hugs from Texas, Marie
@@marieskitchen Thank you Marie. I will watch your videos. I love Texas, never been there though; I should be living in USA,not in London..( long story,as you can imagine). Perhaps, one day I will meet you 🙂; My boyfriend is from Houston.💕
Thank you for the video. It looks delicious. I like your tips and seasoning. But... Sorry to be a party pooper; it took 90 minutes to cook all that. While you cook one thing at a time, the first thing you cooked gets cold.
Hi Barrie! Good thinking! I usually don’t do more than one dish per meal in the air fryer. Or if needed I just serve one room temp and no one really seems to mind. If I was really worried about having multiple dishes cooked in the air fryer ready and warm at the same time, I would probably just pick one or two to keep warm in a low oven. Generally when I give advice on meal planning, I usually say to try to do, for example, one on the stove (steaks), one in the air fryer (fries), and one on the counter (like a salad). That way you don’t get a bottleneck waiting for one appliance. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching and for your question! ❤️, Marie
Olá sou da Ilha da Madeira(Portugal) Gosto muito das suas receitas mas vou lhe pedir algo quando passa por vezes os temperos por escrito agradecia também que colocassem a temperaturas e tempo obrigada
Hi Charles, sorry about that. Its Fahrenheit. It all new videos I’m include Celsius too. Back when I made this video I didn’t have much of an audience outside the US 😅 Thanks for watching, Marie
Hi Debra! Thanks for watching and great question 😊 When I’m putting together a meal, I typically only use the air fryer for one dish on the menu - for example, air fried sweet potatoes, with a salad (assembled on the counter), and maybe seared salmon (cooked on stove top while potatoes are cooking in AF). It’s the same strategy with other appliances - I try not to cook more than 1-2 dishes in the same appliance to avoid a backlog. Hope that helps! ❤️, Marie
Hi Carol! I still use the Cosori but I’ve tried several different brands 😊 I like the brand in this video but it’s from a Texas grocery store (HEB) and not available outside of Texas. Hope that helps ❤️, Marie
Good Morning, I am learning so much from you !!! Which air fryer (s) would you recommend now we are beginning 2024 ???? Please, i would respect your opinion. Too many have had recalls, so once i invest (limited income) i would like this to be a positive investment. Thank you.
Hi! Thanks so much for watching! I’m happy to be connected 😊 I really like my Cosori Air Fryer: amzn.to/3S4NpLZ An earlier version was recalled but they sent me a new one, this newer version. I use it every day and really like it 👍🏻 Hope that helps! Hugs, Marie
Hi! Yes! An air fryer is a small convection oven, which means it’s like a traditional oven except the air circulates around the food. Are you thinking of using it for desserts or another baked good? I love to bake little mini apple or pumpkin pies in the air fryer. I have a video on the apple one if you’d like to check it out 😊 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-PM_YyVSLAKk.htmlsi=B-EoUVYDPeYacU_-
Great idea! Thanks so much - I’ll add this to my list for the next air fryer video. I haven’t tried it yet so I’ll have to test out a few different ways. Stay tuned ❤️, Marie
Yes thank you! I am adding metric to all new videos and recipes, thank you for the suggestion and I apologize for not adding it earlier! Thanks for watching ❤️, Marie
😲cant believe boiled eggs in there, much quicker & not so solid when boiled. My bacon is done for 5mins at 185f & brown veg would go in the bin, fries 12mins 190f nice crispy.
Hi Suzanne! Yes, it’s always good to ask questions if you feel hesitant. The air fryer is a convection oven, like in a traditional oven, just a smaller size, so I feel okay. Just my personal opinion 😊 Thanks so much for watching ❤️, Marie
Love your video. I was taught to shake the basket OUT of the airfryer because it will damage the basket rubbing it back and forth against the metal. Set on cutting board and shake. Never use metal tongs getting food out of basket…only silicone.
Thank you so much. I am am alone now because I loss my husband 2 years ago and I am learning new recipes and can't c wait to try yours. Your air Fryer recipes look easier. Thank you again.
Hi Mary, thank you for watching and I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m glad you’re inspired to try some recipes. I have some more air fryer veggies favorites … just need to get that one filmed! Feel free to reach out if you have questions or requests. Big hugs, Marie
