naw man, my pops eats raw cloves of garlic every day and he's a bad alcoholic but his teeth are perfect and he never gets sick. I also eat a lot of garlic and very rarely get sick.
All wheat/gluten cause inflamation in the intestines. If you wanna eat carbs, rice is the best choice by far as well as bananas, berries and grapefruit.
Bananas are too high in sugar....but rice is too. But beans, almonds, berries are fine. When i eat rice or bananas my heart palpitatates and i get dizzy from the sugar.
