These tips were fantastic ❤one of the habits I do daily is the take 15mins to read something I don’t care if it’s an old article, my Bible, grocery store advertising, paper back book, an old text book, math book, comic book, child’s book, poem, novel, or even a coloring book and crossword puzzle 🧩 book I will find something and read it this has always helped me to relax ❤my book choice of the day is a very small paper back book titled “Super New Anti-Aging Foods” I found this book in a thrift shop for .50 🥰
