Very powerful! It could be my current paradigm, but I feel many today are too lazy to actually implement this timeless wisdom, as I don't often find self examination and correction in others on this level.
How can shifting paradigm helps in getting better results, when your employees are really bad at something? Or does shifting paradigm helps us to understand the cause of problem?
I think they have to know the meaning of the word paradigm.. how to instill in them a way to look inward, at their own intentions or dreams/hope, so they can communicate those to the world at large.
