I make turmeric paste and take it daily. My husband suffers from osteoarthritis in both knees and needs both of them replaced but won’t do it. He swears by turmeric paste and says it works better than the prescription anti inflammatory drugs they once prescribed him. Here is the recipe if anyone is interested. Turmeric paste: 1/4 cup organic powdered turmeric spice 1 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup water Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until slightly thickened and paste like. Remove from heat and let cool. When cool, store in a glass jar in the refrigerator. To use, place one teaspoonful into a small glass of juice or water, stir and drink. Take once or twice daily. Cheers to good Heath.
@@vidhyaanand1485 no, not at all. I’ve never heard of turmeric causing jaundice. I take it twice daily and have for almost 15 years. No negative side effects whatsoever.
Fermented foods cleared up my digestive issues in just a few months! Inflammation reduced enough to end RA and neuropathy symptoms. Fermented foods and drinks were my medicine!
loud background music spoiled whole information. so stopping the video at half of it. and not watching bcz of the sound in the background is so irritating to ears.
Yes, organic canned pumpkin is one of the 'easy vegetables' that I add to my foods. Not sure if I'm sensitive to eggs or not, but tossing in a couple heaping spoons of pumpkin into scrambled eggs is an easy win for a quick meal (of course I add other interesting accent veggies)
Heard type II diabetes was considered auto immune, while type I is because the pancreas is not functioning. Some are born with non or poorly functioning organs and not related to inflammation . Is this a new finding this month?
Mixing music with your talk is very bad taste and choice. It's very hard to hear you🤔 Have you been in any class that teacher wants to talk first, turn on music, and then explain 😂
I too have had RA since 2015. You can help by giving up gluten, dairy. very little sugar, corn, tomatoes, peppers and aubergine. Eat 5 to 7 portions of veg and 2 to 3 fruit a day. Try to eat whole foods and avoid as much processed food if possible. Fish and good quality grass-fed meat can also help. look into Leaky gut and how to heal it. I wish you lots of luck - the pain can be awful. Many people say ' I have osteo as well' and they don't understand that Rheumatoid is very different,
Sorry to hear that. Keep researching. There can be hidden infections in your mouth. I had teeth that had been root canal treated removed and amalgam fillings removed safely by an holistic dentist. This also reduced my inflammation but it is expensive. There are some good books written about autoimmune by functional medicine doctors that can give far more advice than I can. Wishing you better health
FUNNY BEFORE I SAW YOUR VIDEO I ACTUALLY EAT ALL BUT I ALSO EAT MY OWN SAUERKRAUT AND OTHER FERMENTED GREENS AND KOMBUCHA. MY PSORIASIS IS COMPLETELY CURED,ALSO CURED AUTO IMMUNE AND SILIAC AND ARTHRITIS.
It Absolutely does NOT have to be taken with black pepper, yes black pepper Will increase its effectiveness but for those with Any Autoimmune conditions the Black pepper will have very Negative effects 😉
One size doesn't fit all. These autoimmune diseases all begin in our guts. Believe it and do your research please, everyone. I learned this the hard way as I've been studying this for many years. There is much to learn and understand. This video is good on many levels. But not for everyone bc if you're not absorbing nutrients, you won't absorb vitamins. So, you still need to find the cause of the reason why one may not be absorbing nutrients and vitamins. Than, go from there. All the best to ALL.🙂✌️
I suspect I do not absorb nutrients well, I eat healthily now, lots of fiber and mostly healthy foods- but had a bad diet for years. I am very thin and cannot put on weight whatever I eat. I don't have a bad auto immune disease yet but do get stiff hands and joints. My digestion has always been a problem. Do you have any answers to improving vitamin and nutrient absorption?
@@leo5verling334 I'm dealing wih the same problem, No matter how much healthy I eat, my weight is not increasing. I'm ana positive with +1 intensity and I don't have any serious problem now, but stiff hands and legs
Exactly. Imbalances in nutrients and vitamins will trigger everything else. I can't seem to find what causes my troubles (which started when I got covid and more specifically the vaccines)
Hello! After seeing many doctors all my life, an eye doctor (specialist) diagnosed me with Sjogren's. Odd that all the internal medicine and one endocrinologist missed it. Best of luck to you in overcoming the syndrome. A very nice lady from Sweden made a video to let people know her name had an ur or er sound, not the American "o" sound. Must be frustrating to have people not only mispronounce (her) name, but try to get (her) to mispronounce it, too!
So tonight's menu is roasted sweet potato steak-frys with black pepper and tumeric sauce, salad with sunflower seeds and EVOO carrots and broccoli sprouts and mushrooms with a nice grilled salmon and pepper and tumeric sauce.🎉🎉🎉 Thank you
Women live with ten times the stress than men do! That's just my opinion weather it's backed by science or not! More calm and less of what causes our stress!!!
Helpful list, But the most important factor is Vitamin D, Its deficiency is linked to autoimmune diseases and being prevalent in women explain it because men occupy the vast majority of jobs that require Sun exposure for hours daily, While women tend to work in closed places. Any way to correct the deficiency is no easy task and you actually need way more than the recommended daily dose of Vitamin D in order to gain normal blood levels, You need 10,000 IU of D3( not D2) and you better take 100 mcg of vitamin K2 with it to avoid calcification of the arteries, D3 and k2 work together to absorb calcium in the bones. Vitamin D regulates the immune system, And there have been studies that link autoimmune diseases with a virus, Viruses, in general, find it easy to invade a body that is deficient in vitamin D.
Brilliant thank you. I shunned the sun on advice from doctor. As I developed skin condition after losing my dad suddenly. With lots of questions unanswered. Then in a few months time I lost my mum I was pregnant. With uncaring husband. I got clinical depression. Then hypothyroidism. I've Never felt normal since. I get blood test results to be told. With a smile. Your all good. Grrrrrrrr. I'll take your advice it sounds right.
Also vitamin B is also extremely important. I was doing all the above but it wasn't until I added more red meat and B vitamin supplements did I start to reduce my symptoms. The diet developed by Dr Wahle who had serve MS it was a game changer for me.
@@mercyfragilityhumilityligh4262 Thank you for your input! it's helpful , i also noticed improvements after eating huge amounts of red meat, I'm a heavy dude who lifts weights and have a strong build which is why i consume big amounts of meats, Whenever i eat red meat my auto immune disease recovers partially , Then after few days it gets back to normal, Which means i should include meat as a daily food. Which B vitamin do u use ??
Well, I’m a man, and I thank you for this video, it was very informative. I’m battling an over active immune system because of Covid and ended up with pro rheumatoid markers. I will try all of these.
Hi Carlos, my husband had severe RA markers (extreme joint pain in all his joints) after his 2nd covid shot. We started a therapy of daily juicing (Celery, Ginger, beetroot, carrot with trace minerals added) and 5000iu of Vitamin D + Vit K and probiotics daily and he has completely reversed these symptoms and is getting stronger every day.

I eat all the foods from this video and have silenced PPMS for 12 years. What I do not eat is EQUALLY IMPORTANT : no food from factories or industrial farms. I cook from basic ingredients. Simple, not easy and it works! My neurologist confirms most of my symptoms are gone and the MS has not progressed in 12 years. My next annual exam is scheduled in 2 years! I take no meds. May you have a healthy and happy life.😊 Check out the Wahls protocol if you are interested.
All these foods won't make any difference at all. Truth is doctors, scientist don't know the root cause of AI diseases so just narrate their usual lame blame game of nutritional deficiency. But ytubers go on making money dishing out such videos
You're right. The only Doctors who do know are known as Functional Medicine Doctors. They are brilliant. Many on RU-vid discussing many important things about this very thing. You may want to look into this. Best wishes 🙂✌️
I recently learned I am allergic to sunflower seeds. As are many other people. For folks like us, it *increases* inflammation, joint stiffness, and swelling. Unfortunately, more and more companies are using sunflower oil and sunflower lecithin in their ingredients as an alternative to soy versions.
How does one know if we are allergic to Sunflower seeds, other than the obvious method of using them. Is there a way to use them in small quantities without facing an allergy?
@dorigutman. All doctors in RU-vid channels I have seen specifically said to NOT use seed oils as they are inflammatory. They recommend using Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) or avocado oil. They also talked about MCT oil and coconut oil. I personally have been using EVOO for years.
Everything at the restaurants is cooked with vegetables oils, including over the counter snacks, and it really affects my digestive tract, on top of the muscle pain and articulations. It is very hard to go out for lunch or dinner.
Vitamin E absolutely. In the form of sunflower seeds absolutely not. Just coming through one of the worse set backs I ever had and sunflower seeds were the culprit.. sunflower seeds and seeds and nuts in general agitate auto immune. This I just had to learn the hard way
In the last few years i have heard seed oils are not good for people so it makes sense that those with problems could have a problem even with the seeds
All these autoimmunes have a strong origin in one's intense reactive negative emotions to situations in their life where they had no control on. Rather ..the cuase is outside them but effect is on them. The inner self keeps screeming for solutions and help. Thought process reversal , Yoga breathing, yogasan and meditation is the best primary self help. Food n vitamin stuff can b a good guide provided conscious choices are based on one's own experience. Every body's kafa vaat pitta dosh balancing is best observed by one self.
And sadly they give me loose stool, and the intestinal response to foods we eat is of utmost importance. Diets must be individualized to personal response.
Don’t forget your medicin! I have UC and love this list, everything on it is in my diet when I feel good. Very little to none sugar and grains and to go easy on the dairy works for me. But without the medicins I would be in a terrible state. Please see a doctor if you suspect autoimmune disease!
Our doctors here are clueless,i did the research on my symptoms and diagnosed myself. Then I had to insist to my doctor that I needed a specialist,so I couldn't get an appointment til 6 months later, they said because of a doctor shortage. I will find out what's going on in October. Wish me luck
I'm northern european/Nordic and I know that my ancestors ate lot's of salmon. It's widely known to be a great food but I think it could be especially good for me.
It is very sad to me that all fishes - even my beloved Alaskan Wild Caught Sockeye Salmon - are pretty high in toxins in this day and age. Logically my less favorite smaller oily fish are better choices for health: sardines, anchovy, etc.
@@garyssimo No, Gary! Stop stealing whale, seal, and bear, food! Salmon is not a superfood for humans! As if people are the only thing that matters! Oh yeah! Let’s kill everything that moves because you think that it’s good for YOU! Such the typical colonizer, with your selfish, anthropocentric, colonized mind!
@@eugeniebreida1583 How about none of them??? You’re just stealing the food sources from the wildlife in the oceans, etc! You can find any of the 80,000 edible and medicinal plants that grow on the planet! The whales, dolphins, sharks, seas, and bears, cannot! Stop being so self-absorbed!
Im was doing good on ketogenic with electrolytes and green poweder supliments but when they started making keto "friendly" snacks they basically ruined the healthy benefits of a keto diet. If you do Keto keep it as basic as possible and avoid keto breads and snacks. I did meat, eggs and cheese. But this time im cutting out cheese.
Is worth noting that vitamin A found in plants is not as bioavailable, which means the human body may not be able to process and utilize it the same way as the actual vitamin A found in animal products.
Odd, I found no help or relief from these food at all, in some cases made it worse. Then I started eating a PHD Proper Human Diet and wow, now that works! Suffering from any modern life illness like Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, I'd recommend highly the Proper Human Diet for 3 months ...wow! Feels great to know the real truth about what human should be eating.
Bacteria is plural already. No need for “bacterias.” IFNG-producing cells, not IFNG cells. Cytokine-producing cells, not cytokine cells. Beautiful cinematography editing, but missing a script technical editor.
I just diagnosed with hepatiti autoimmune disease and dr put me on prednisone for two years and just added cellcept 1000mg a day . My liver enzymes came to normal after three weeks of taking prednisone but I don’t understand why should I be in so much medication for such along time ? Maybe my whole life . I’m s it possible diet and eating good good is helping with not talking medication? I am woman and 61 years old . Please respond because this diagnose made my life miserable.
