I am a South African living in Venezuela. Its definitely the best decision I ever made. The people's revolution happened here in Venezuela in 1998 when Hugo Chavez won the elections. Is this man a genius or what? An economics professor at a local college made a statement that he had never failed a single student before, but had recently failed an entire class.
