Love it when he said, "the moment I had to tackle, I already lost". Tbh, after a defender like Maldini and then seeing defender like Materazzi, Ramos, and Pepe, I just don't get it how people have no qualms hurting others. This is me being Interista since 1999.....
@@h6fc8ih that is the reason why whenever I played PES (Winning Eleven back then), Master League Mode, I always snatched him, Nesta, Buffon, and Cannavaro. And this before Cannavaro joined Inter for real.
Totti deserves the most respect. The others played for winning & financially rich clubs. So they had no need to leave. Totti was not winning much and roma could not give as big a financial bag as other clubs.
Nobody can compare to totti’s loyalty he was going to win so much with Real Madrid or any other big club he rejected everything and stayed with his beloved Roma currently he is everything for the Roma fans they adore him and in the end that’s what matters walking around in your home city and everyone loves you
This is what is missing in football these days.. loyalty. You dont see it anymore. Its all about money! The fans wear the jersey forever, but the players will spit on our jersey for money.
Are you loyal in your own job? I mean you will remain in your company, even when another company wants to increase your salary with a lot of money? Think about it 😂
aside from Totti everyone on this list played for the best teams in the world and made a tone of money. There is no loyalty until it gets tested. Scholes and Giggs had no reason to leave United. Barresi and Maldini the same for Milan. They were just fortunate to come through the academies of top sides.
Rogerio Ceni (1990-2015 São Paulo FC) - He is the player who has played the most times on the field wearing the captain's band in the world: 980 games. - On November 24, 2013, he completed 1,117 games with the São Paulo shirt, becoming the player with the most games for a single team in the history of football.
Not to mention that the legend Ceni is a goalkeeper who holds the Guinness record scoring 131 goals 🎉 you can edit and put that up pal! So more people know him!
Ryan Giggs had the most Longest Career Wow even more than Maldini 😮 •Giggs- 1987 to 2014= 27yrs career •Maldini- 1985 to 2009= 24yrs Career •Totti- 1993 to 2017= 24yrs Career • Zlatan- 1999 to 2023= 24yrs •Cr7- 2002 to 2024= 22yrs+ running Longevity at its Finest
@@NunezNunezNunez69 but, still only qualified for 1 club for entire career whatever the reason. If not capable then he must retire (and don't forget the time span. I mean like Scholes that appear here is playa for 18 years)a
Messi always wanted to stay at Barca, he had turned many offers from other clubs but Laporta and team betrayed Barca' greatest and most loyal player....shame on Laporta and his management
The Manchester United class of 92" produced a phenomenonal team . In the UK - we had a very good player turned pundit called "Alan hanson" , the guy knows football. In the 90s he laughed at Alex Ferguson putting about 8 youth players into the team . His famous quote was : " you don't win anything with kids " . After Manchester utd - lost a few opening games. The youth players were - giggs,Scholes, 2x nevilles, butt, Beckham - they ended up winning the league . Gary neville where not on the level of Maldini ( no one was ) ...he was an extremely dependable defender , who also spent his entire career at one club . It was a fantastic intake of youth players- nicky butt was very under rated
I played for my local club for 30 yrs coz i was never picked up by scouts of higher league players. Shame on my teammates who are now playing for other clubs!
Must have been Kaka. He was a legend at AC Milan. Ancelotti made him captain in January 2009. He gave an emotional interview about how AC Milan was everything to him. Then he joined Real Madrid in June. Smoooooooth...
@@Corbzer Steven Gerrard retired from Liverpool.. Liverpool offer him new contract, And Liverpool do not sell him to other Clubs.. After that, he join Major League Soccer LA Galaxy for one season to help promote MLS & LA Galaxy to the world's.. The next year, he joined the Rangers as head Manager.. The football fans around the world acknowledge him as One Man Club..
