Its designed in a way that you can install a door there if you want. We make customised homes which are designed according to specific needs/requirements of respective client. For them, an open kitchen works great. For you it may not 🤷♂️

We don’t have any office in Lahore. But we can provide you with architectural design and consultancy in Lahore. Also, we have partners working in Lahore they can make this design in 3200 Rs per SqFt.
@@mohxinrajpoot We sold all our projects in Eden Orchard back in 2020. No more projects in Orchard. Currently we are doing projects in Lyallpur Avenue and Pine Garden.
Sir I have plot with 40x60. What I am really missing in your design is guest bedroom that should attach with drawing room. Is it's possible that guest bedroom can be added without disturbing this design. So ground consist of 3 bed room, 1 drawing room, etc
At today prices, the construction cost is about 5000 Rs per SqFt. The covered area of this house is around 3500 SqFT. So 5000x3500 should be your cost.
