Good stuff as always. Been seeing Fakhar being talked about a lot lately after popping up, might not be able to resist next time. Weekly wears include Vibrant Summer, luna rossa sport, Ralph's Club (snagged on Saturday double red tag discount), and the best find in really long time also on Saturday, DG The One EDP!! Good video,yes may have to get fakhar black next time,it's very warm here so I picked up Nautica N-83 wore that mainly,I did pick up yesterday Mont Blanc legend EDP I've never had before smelled great from just the atomizer I haven't sprayed it yet .I'm familiar with the EDT this seems much nicer than EDT.

Great choices! I have to thank you for recommending the Jean Lowe, I love it. And I'm going to give Supremacy in Oud a try in warmer weather, it's so so good. My wear last week: Sun- Nishane Ege, Mon- Versace Versense, Tues- Mancera Aoud Lemon Mint, Wed- Afnan Turathi Blue, Thurs- Acqua di Parma Essenza (so good!), Fri- Nishane Ambra Calabria and Sat- Lattafa Ana Abiyedh White (again, thanks for your recommendation).

Gave my son Ramz silver and guess Noire last week! Im fixing to get rid of about 30 bottles and replace them with about 10 new ones, limited edition isn't going anywhere my most expensive clone $70 in the beginning! Asad had the guest dropping off their number! Her tell the maintenance man he knows what it is! Me- ?????????? Baby look at this note this lady left for me at work🤣🤣 My bottle disappeared for a few days!

Love Vibrant Summer. Reminds me of JPG Le Beau which I have but lighter. It actually has pretty good performance. The blast of coconut water is beautiful. Great for everyday wear and hanging out outside

Clone week, eh? Great line up. Fakhar is good. I still have a 10ml decant of it. I own L’Immensite, and it’s a stunning fragrance. I tried Immortal and gave it a good run, but it turned oakmossy on my skin. My weekly rotation. Sunday: Battito D’Alli by Profumum Roma (sample) Monday: Bleu de Chanel EDP Tuesday: Fico di Amalfi by Acqua di Parma Wednesday: Burlington 1819 by Roja Thursday: Aqua di Sale by Profumum Roma Friday: Eau Givree by Hermès (sample…. Potentially a bottle worthy) Saturday: Green Irish Tweed by Creed Traveling week so, my rotation will be limited. Cheers.

Armaf CDIMLE has to be sprayed a few times once you get it, and then let it macerate for a few months, and it is amazing. I get compliments all the time with that stuff. I tend to layer this with Dumont Oros, which smells like Aventus and Hacivat by Nishani... amazing smelling.

@@gerardgeorge when I first got my Armaf CDIMLE, it literally smelt like lemon fruit loops... I thought it was terrible... After that few months, it was an amazing frag, and that opening was completely gone. Yeah, it just works, and they knocked it out of the ballpark with that clone.

There's something I've been wondering about. Why do Middle Eastern scents tend to be such strong performers? Do they use better quality and expensive ingredients, than the more well known designer scents? Or is there more to it than just that?

Another great Bleu Electrique clone is Lattafa’s Al Nashama Caprice . Jack Of Clubs a little spicier with more citrus and Caprice a stronger Lavender note and a bit “ bluer “ . Both great clones and just a matter of taste which one is better .

I've been wearing mostly designers lately! Some highlights have been from the Replica line, namely: When the Rain Stops. A creamy, floral aquatic that smells like the title, just minus the dead worm smell you usually get from the rain. Surprisingly creamy, it's definitely not what I would think of when I think of an "after the rain" type scent initially, but, after a couple of wears, it definitely is starting to make a bit more sense. Whispers in the Library. Super tasty woodsy vanilla, it smells a bit like it's in the vain of fragrances like Althair from PDM. It dries down to one of the richest vanilla frags I've eve smelled personally. Very nice and not talked about at all Lemme know when you try the samples I sent!

sometimes i think Asad is stronger than Elixir at leats in first couple of hours. I also got that FW Just Aswad. Feels lighter but less sweet. dries down to a very drakkar noir smell, which i never really get from Elixir altho people often say its an amped up Drakkar. Didnt like Aswad at first but its lightness makes it more wearable. Just wore it to gym and no one seemed pissed lol

Seriously though I like dupes when the originals are scarce. The Fragramce World dupe of pure malt - Nebula starmen - same thing it smells better and better as it sits on the shelf. At first it was pretty harsh. All my mideastenss are getting better. Maison alhambras fabulo intense (f-ing fabulous) and lovely Cherie (lost cherry) are really good as well

I have Dior Sauvage Elixir bottle so I had to try Lattafa Asad. i have to say, in the opening it is similar. But in the drydown it is completely different. Smells like something plastic and it really lacks the depth of DS Elixir. I know it is 1/6 of the price of the original but still. Very disappointing from my point of view, unfortunately.

There has to be a bunch out there that your wife will say "Gerard, do not wear that ever again,.It is disgusting". My wife hates anything with tobacco or oud so I know that I can not even bother. Then again, she found the Hermes H24 pretty nice and I had I could not stand it.
