I started my path to reinventing myself a year ago, I’m now living healthier, confident, stronger, making 6 figures, having leisure to enjoy family &friends. Change your mindset, read self-help books, expand knowledge, budget and don't spend on impulse, save, take your finances seriously, eat healthy, exercise your body, meditate; the list goes on... I hope it is useful to you.
I learnt to be frugal, minimal on spending, saving and paying myself first through Investing, made Plans, growing passive income, Read a lot of books on finance, followed my plan consistently.

@@bamekeatimilwe7925 discipline,have a goal(long,medium and short and revisit them let ur money grow dnt just put it in bank open savings account learn to leave within your means,budget and try to have Ada source of income like use ur skills as for me i grow up doing ppl’s hair even when I got to Pta weekends I was doing the same and let me give you Ada tip of how to make extra income u can get a bike (12k to 20k)and hire someone to do Uber eats/ Takealot etc and u can make R600 and up to 1k a week last but not lost power of your 👅speak success while ur working on it

To answer the question; I had to prioritise, differentiate between my needs and wants. Take the necessary steps for my bigger goals. I used to wear expensive clothes and I asked myself kanjani?? when I don’t even have a title deed 😅💀 so my downgrade is actually going to the gym and having the body of my dreams while I work on the serious stuff that I want for myself. Fashion will always be there now I just budget for wardrobe upgrade when it’s due instead of buying every trendy thing… And I’ve got to realise that the little amounts I put away have accumulated so greatly and I’m proud of myself.
I'm so so bored, I borrowed a friend and her husband money from my savings and they brought it back shot. I promised myself I'm not gonna borrow anyone money coz I'm putting my things in order. I was okay with being known as stingy. But I won't give up ill keep on trying to build a savings account. Ill keep on trying to shift my mind from this disappointment.
