I have a condition called POTS which makes it very hard for me to do cardio. My heart rate spirals out of control and my blood pressure fluctuates from normal to dangerously low. I'm a dancer amd during the season at my highschool, I had to sit out for a long while because I was always in pain trying to exercise. I pushed myself too far and my coaches had to tell me to sit down so I wouldn't hurt myself more. I am now diagnosed and going through cardiac rehab and I'm happy to say I am adding this video and a few others to my routine. Today I was able to get through it. Thank you so much! I’m so proud of myself I have done 3 of these videos which are 8 minutes each and I didn’t stop apart from when we were marching. I feel great after these! I’m definitely gonna keep on doing this.

Danielle, I'm so happy I found your videos! I'm a mom of 2 toddlers born 17 months apart and hadn't really worked out in years. No time to go to the gym and no space for exercise equipment at my house. I tried other exercise videos and didn't care for them. I really needed to start exercising to start feeling and looking better and I just love your videos. I've been doing 1-3 of your videos almost everyday for a few months now and still enjoy following along with you doing your routines. It's so nice how encouraging and down to earth you are. Is there any way you can do an "ultimate mom workout" or something? That would be awesome. Do you have more than one squat challenge? It would be great if you added squat jumps and side kicks to the squat challenge video and maybe one or two more moves to make it an ultimate squat challenge. Thanks for helping keep us in shape!
