If you are preparing for cat 2024, do be careful to avoid these mistakes. With less than 6 months to prepare, wasting time on any of it can affect your percentile really bad. You need to focus only on things that can help you improve your score. A lot of people focus on things that will not bring any value in the overall score!
In this video, I highlight those mistakes and instead of that what all you should be focusing on that will help you get more output!

I totally agree with you on people wasting too much time on social media which leads nowhere.Always remember CAT had the toughest papers from 2005-2008(people can have a look at these past papers)at a time when there was hardly any social media and people still managed to crack it.

@@HemantTulsan08 focus on all sections ...review what you are doing.. if be consistent...do varc everyday even if its your strongest section... dont waste time on youtube and telegram... learn concepts....follow one course and ace it... give sectionals ... full length mocks per week

Let me be honest, i cannot control my learning speed. For example: I was doing DILR and it took me a day to understand one concept and I am not even sure I got it right, how do I manage time if Some concepts take me too long to learn.

Vocab has nothing to do with rc seriously look past year paper of cat try to understand paper pattern, level of difficulty focus more on va part and practice more mocks with proper analysis, work upon your mistakes because correct question selection, knowing the lod level very very imp plus accuracy

I am getting very flictuating scores in mocks (aimcats), sometimes I do well and get 75 with 97-98 percentile, sometimes I drop to 75-80, I am very confised why is this happening it seems like the more I study the more anxious I get and get lower scores? How to get out of the demotivation from fluctuating scores?

Depends on how good you do it. Generally you will miss out on easy qs of other topics if you don't prepare for them

@@Ashwinnboy yes ,Ik what I felt that movement For a weak I thought my ews certificate is fake but , I have earlier used it for getting admission in delhi university from where I did my graduation, But ews has very low waitage I have talked to Iquanta as I have subscription I told them and they said to get into iim with ews with a profile for 8,9,8 you need atleast 94% with work ex of 6 months I was Like what the use of ews So it's your choice if you can get above 95% and you are sure about it better use it And I won't be using it now Work hard ill see you in iim

@@Aaditya2k03 how is it possible if you are having ews you can go as a fresher on 92 93 percentile it is not mandatory that you should have work ex but you are required to have atleast above 90 percentile

Online, do not waste time offline. Travel time, fatigue and also not much flexibility available in terms of seeing classes again
