Thank you for sharing your experience, and a recent one at that. I’m 26 & getting my shot next week after dealing with it for almost a year! L4-L5, L5-S1 herniation! I’m really glad your doing better, the pain is no joke! 🤘🏽

I'm 26 as well, just had my second injection. How are you feeling after 1 year? It's been 4 months for me
