It's also possible come across a. Or it is always come across as, are both the same?

coma across a former colleague. The a is a simple article. Come across in this sense means meet by chance (unplanned meeting). The 'as' in come across as is actually working as a preposition (showing how). Hope this helps.

Dear Adam, Is "hand over" the same as "delegate"?

"If you will need my help in the future, reach out whenever you want." "I see, it is, indeed, hard to work through the problem, yet I have some ideas." "I put aside all the disagreements and just tried to work along with my team as always." "I anticipate that we hand over some power to him; he is quite intelligent already, you know." "Even though to me, it is uncomfortable to call people out, I am a manager, and this is actually my job." "This is hard to tune out the gossip, isn't it!" he laughed. "I would not utter a word that they come across as strong men." Even though your lesson is valuable and crucial, I would like to ask: could you narrate all that is written? I am uncomfortable to ask for it, but I am blind. Thank you so much, Adam! Best regards from Ukraine! There's a big blackout.
