Nellie Winter gaining time as I don’t need to commute into work, as we are all now teleworking. Plus I’m setting aside time at lunch to do a home workout.
I actively searched for positives, as I am sick only to get negatives. The isolation allowed me to spend more time with my family and to be really present in the live of my two children.
Thank you so much for this video! This video along with Greg's toilet paper video were something I really needed right now. One positive thing I am seeing out of all of this is that people everywhere are coming closer together (maybe not literally right now) to help each other out. With social media and the internet, it is helping a crisis like this one much more than if this would have happened when the internet was not around. Even moral support is something which will help everyone during and after the crisis is over.
Glad you enjoyed it Scott and I agree with you - people are much closer and show more empathy and sympathy (for the most part) across the globe, which is a positive side effect!! 🙏
One good thing that has happen since Covid... I have 7 year old twins. I am glad a lot of sports and activities have been cancelled. Too many parents keep their kids way to busy. A few friends told us they realized that were never home in the weekends and after school. Nice video!
In some points i really can agree with you. But even if the Coronavirus helps us to stay creative and innovative after a time everything gets boring. The internet, skype, home-schooling i would rather be in school than at home and have home schooling.
I hope this pandemic ends up bringing us all together as we are in this together and need eachother. Thanks for your vidio it has helped me to stay positive. Peace and love to you and your family.
I really agree with you, I hope the people will learn something when it is all over, but I fear that nothing will change and the big companies wont stop destroying earth
Thanks for the positive view! Some friendly advice re hand washing. Once you have washed your hands, you need to turn off the tap with a paper towel so that your hands won’t pick up the germs left on the tap when you turned it on. Stay healthy!!!
The positive is I've had a couple of house issues.. new whole house HVAC duct replacement (thanks raccoons), removal of felled trees from storm, fence repair from storm and new roof. I would have had to take off work for the workers, but working at home has made it much easier to coordinate..etc.. Also, what a great time to get a jump start on spring cleaning.
I've had pancakes for breakfast three times already. That's a positive. I love them but my waistline doesn't. I decided to enjoy a week off. I was sick anyway. Today I'm going back to work, without clients of course, just going to make for myself and my own enjoyment. Laugh alot. Smile and joke and be a positive role model for the kids. It's nice having them around. Stay healthy. 🐼❤️👊🏻🥂
some good points made there Nellie, especially the availability of online e-commerce. in terms of social distancing how well is it being observed in Germany. Unfortunately here in the Uk, there are too many people disregarding the government advice and treating the current situation like a holiday and not taking steps to prevent the spread of the virus. best regards to you and Greg
Thank you. You're right about the water, I usually do close the tap, but for the filming I didn't be cause it would have interrupted the fimming flow...🙏 Thank you so much for watching!
Hey Nellie, great points! I think it's important that we focus on the positive things as well. I made a similar video where I list 3 of the most positive things with Corona and living in quarantine.
What is Greg's nickname for you..little miss sunshine...yup he has a good name for you..wont tell you my nickname for my wife (we've been married 30 years so I get away with a bit more than Greg would at this point in your relationship). Take care both of you.
