"Cyrus Renaux" or "Renault" Man I love to hate! He portrays a conniving evil man so well he makes you believe he's like that in real life. Great acting skills, Jeff!!
I would compare his character to a little lesser evil than Negan on The Walking Dead. Also odd that both actors’ names are Jeff! Negan and Cyrus are charming and debonair to a degree. You just don’t want to be on their bad side! lol
Jeff is so disarmingly evil as Cyrus, but when he's himself, that smile of his just lights up the screen. While I don't like Cyrus, he is definitely giving Sonny fits...and that's a good thing
Do you know why his character Cyrus can’t kill Sonny and Jason by himself? I think the producers for General Hospital write his character be not tough man to kill Jason and Sonny by himself. I thought Cyrus come to General Hospital he will be tough guy can kill Sonny and Jason by himself.
I first remember watching Jeff Kober on the TV show, China Beach and loved his character Dodger! On GH, his character Cyrus is definitely a sinister guy and Jeff plays him very well! Cyrus is a great nemesis for Sonny, and it will be interesting to see where all that storyline goes.

I have seen the episode of Highway to Heaven that he was on several times as a matter of fact it was saved on my phone along with most of the Highway to Heaven series. I would never have realized he was that actor if he is not told us on your show. He really was a good guy on the HtH episode. On GH he is the kind of guy you love to hate. Jeff is absolutely amazing! Thanks for uploading guys. He has made so many good movies, and he is the best bad guy I have ever seen on GH. He plays Cyrus so well to the point that he even has Sonny and Jason approach to bring him down very cautious. No other villain on GH since i have been watching 1991 has topped that.

Love this man’s perfected acting as evil with a nice guy behavior, and as a nice guy, that takes a nasty twist to mean. One time I’d just love to see the real loving person.
When I read about Jeff coming to GH. I was glad, because I remember him on Walker Texas Ranger. I like see him not backing down to Sonny. He really plays his role well, he is definitely someone you would never was to cross paths with.
I absolutely love getting to know all the actors, especially ones like Jeff who I wasn’t familiar with before his role on GH. It’s also fun to see what he’s really like as opposed to his creepy character of Cyrus! He’s a great actor!

One of my favorite scenes on GH was of Spinelli and Sonny, where Spinelli was wearing a grey suit, I think 🤔🤔🤔 and a fedora, and Sonny was very intense about something BIG that was going on and I think he was looking for Jason, and Spinelli was acting like he was Jason's agent or something and would tell Sonny where Jason was. Sonny was looking at him like, "R u seriously f-ing with me right now dude? Do u know who you're f-ing with! This AIN'T the time for that sh*t!!!!!!!!" Then, Sonny finally say something to the effect of, "listen up FREAK OF THE WEEK, I don't have time for this sh*t!!!! Man, I lost my mind laugh so hard!!!!! That was so awesome! Whoever wrote that scene deserves an EMMY for every category that did and didn't apply to GH!!!! Steve, I love that Jason that you played from back in the day who was expressionless, super smart and observant, who was and still is the LOYAL rescuer of the dynamic trio, (Sonny, Carly, and Jason)! GH, Sonny, Carly, Jason and Spinelli... NOW THAT AWESOME!!! 👍 I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU GUYS!!!! Shout out to LAURA WRIGHT!! Girl, u r the UNDISPUTED QUEEN OF GH!!! I watched a movie tonight for the second time because Jeff was in it. It's from 1993. Final Justice. Jeff was so young and smoking hot with his long black hair. He played a mean, abusive boyfriend that constantly carried a shotgun. The first time I watched it I said to myself, "OMG, that's Cyrus!"
I think Jeff is great as Cyrus, and I hope he sticks around on the show for a long time. But best villain on GH ever? That covers a lot of ground. For me the best is Cesar Faison, I think he was in a class by himself. There have been so many classic GH villains over the years.
I fell in love with Jeff Kober when he played real bad dudes called Kurt Nypo and Russell Stafford on Walker Texas Ranger. I think he's been on Charmed too as a ghost on Alcatraz. He's got quite a range of talented characters in his belt.
Definitely plays the part good,I’ve always liked him in movies or should I say loved to hate him cause usually playing a bad guy but he’s really good at it!!
