@@TallySolutionsTo attend webinars, I should be there online. For that the system ought to be there from my side. Further, the most important is paucity of time during working hours. So the webinars should be uploaded in you tube

A company who is under mandatory einvoicing made a B2C sales and uploaded it's GSTR 1 and 3B returns . Now the buyer says it ought to be B2B . So the question arises if B2C invoice is amended into B2B, time limit for generating einvoice might be already over.please clarify asap

Hi! You may generate a new B2B invoice for current date and cancel the invoice generated earlier. Since CBIC has not clarified this scenario, you can contact them for more clarity. Regards, Anita

@@TallySolutions we can't cancel the invoice as it already uploaded in GSTR 1 and paid the tax
