if you like trying new things, you should try the sandwiches/toasts at Bakeshop in Belltown with their spelt bread! Definitely a hearty texture than most are used to but good. Finch & Pine is super charming and awesome! LOM is rad! When they first opened, I used to get first dibs on vinyl requests during early HH.
If you want a special occasion pricer place then Harvest Beat in Wallingford is really good. I love dumptruck by plenty of clouds foodtruck. Its parked at Cloudburst on Shilshole taproom in the Ballard. I love their chickpea tofu and rice bowl. OF course, there is reliable GeorgeTown Liquor store for vegan junk food. You hit the highlights in this video. Cafe Flora always good, but so hard to get a table. Honestly, Seattle really needs to up their vegan game. There really are not that many great vegan restaurants considering the size of the metro area and most of it is not healthy (very high in sodium, oils, coconut/saturated fats), but fun as special treats.
