This is my 3-digit 7-segment LED project. It is controlled by a PIC16F684. I used a 5 kilo-ohm potentiometer (variable resistor) in series with a 10 kilo-ohm fixed resistor to make a voltage divider to vary the analog voltage input to the PIC chip. The PIC performs an analog-to-digital conversion of the pot's voltage and sends a BCD (binary coded decimal) representation of that voltage to the 7-segment LEDs. This circuit will be used as the input (potentiometer) and output (7-seg LEDs) for a stepper motor controller. There is still work to be done; it is a work in progress. If you have questions or would like the PIC assembly code, e-mail me at samuelaaronward@gmail.com. Thanks for watching! Aaron

McAlister Metcalfe, send me an email at the address in the video, and I will try to find the code and schematic. Be sure to include which microprocessor you are using and understand that the code is written and assembly language.
