Find it completely true. They taught me what I needed to heal from childhood trauma. Who I turned into to survive in a world of negatvity. Perfectionism people pleasing guilt codependent shame blame fear addictions to man made substances choices that went against my intuition...... it is all stored negative energy. It has to be removed from our bodies as it is stored energy. A painful brutal process. Hardest thing of all is to forgive yourself. Look into CPTSD. Tim Fletcher has done amazing work on understanding and healing from CPTSD. It will all make sense when you are at the stage to do the hard work of removing what we are holding within us thst is not serving and is present in our relationships. Best to you.

Lessons to learn.

All humans are chosen souls few use their free will and choose. No unicorns and roses until after initiation. Took me nearly 50 years of suffering to recieve the rewards. It all makes sense now. I still am not done learning applying and serving. It never ends unless one chooses to loose it all by ending or destroying their lives. I would not change any of the pain and suffering I have endured for all I now have and know that so many never will because they used their free will to only serve themselves and the negative energy on this planet meant to not only teach but change us from who we truely are. I have a LOVEd one who ended their life due to not being to get thru their trauma. They are waiting to reincarnate into my life as my grandchild which will be the soul of my daughters father who took his own life. My daughter holds my fathers soul. My sibling lives in suffering chances are he will die in suffering and he will reincarnate back into my family. My Mom made it home she was so happy. She haunts me daily as she promised. We do this human thing many times until we get it right. Due to the current reality of negativity on this planet some higher level souls are here to help humanity ascend. This is my last time here. I am not screwing it up for anyone or anything.

Actually it is a choice! Those who choose suicide have chosen the wrong path! Although we are on the main path, a good path predetermined, alternate choices are still available. We still have free will to end our own lives at any time, and must be cautious of manipulator spirits who try to end our journey. Our predetermined paths when completed bring Glory to God, and assist other people in so many ways. Ending our journey early is evils ultimate goal! Never surrender! Never say die! Unfortunately way too many have chosen poorly! Live well, live fully, live in the Light & direction you were purposed for! Peace to your heart! Amen.
