Hang in there, my friend. Try to do at a couple of positive/healthy things each day, and try to build momentum from there. For example, even if you sleep all day, at least force yourself to get out of bed to eat at least one solid meal. Have some fresh vegetables, a good protein source, and a generous amount of water. Maybe do a quick set of body weight squats and one set of pushups... Just doing small things like this helps a lot. Hope to chat with you again soon, Ryan!
